Packed with solid advice

Dr. Bhanote shares lots of information on how your body works and what your body needs to be healthy. Most of the information is not new, plant based diet, exercise, good sleep, reduce stress, avoid, toxins and handle your emotions. She however, provides suggestions for,many different rituals to help you easily form these good habits.

There are a lot of great nuggets in this book! I love that it explains everything, not only the how's, but the why's of changing your life. Science and spirituality mixed for optimum health and living your best life. Thank you for my copy!
