I just finished the prologue and it's got me thinking... can't these authors ever write about a character that's not broken? I mean for a story to be good does everyone have to start out messed up on a journey to healing? Just once I'd like to be amazed by a different storyline. A new approach... even if it is the reverse of the aforementioned; someone very well put together, gets torn apart by some tragic event and thus embarks on a journey of self discovery to piece his/her life back together.
The love story and the obstacles involved are realistic enough. The only silly thing is their fights, they have the stupidest fights and break up for even stupider reasons. It's almost like she needs them to break up to make the story interesting and so doesn't care how it happens. Aside from that everything else was well put together. I gave it three stars for lack of creativity when it comes to the love story.
