For what this is: an interview guide for a specific field, it's very good! It certainly will help people trying to get a job as a flight attendant. And frankly has good advice for ANY interview. That said, there is plenty of information on this specific field (as one would expect).
This is not a book made for leisure reading (unless your special interest is in getting a job as a flight attendant). BUT it is a great idea to read if you are aiming for the industry. It certainly will make any interviews you land MUCH less daunting.
