USA Today Bestselling Author Gina Kincade spends her days tapping away at a keyboard, through blood, sweat, and often many tears, crafting steamy paranormal romances filled with shifters and vampires, along with witchy urban fantasy tales in magical worlds she hopes her readers yearn to crawl into.
A busy mom of three, she loves healthy home cooking, gardening, warm beaches, fast cars, and horseback riding.
Ms. Kincade's life is full, time is never on her side, and she wouldn't change a moment of it!
This is a great anthology full of shifters of all kinds! Demons, goddesses, dragons, wolves, there's a bit of everything. Some of the stories were a little boring but the majority of them were excellent!
My favorite is Long Distance Wolf by Rose Bak. Connie and Andy meet when she's just 18 and wanting to start her life. She rejects him as a mate because she doesn't want to be tied down while in college. They agree to remain friends and eventually it turns into a long-distance friendship, with letters and phone calls. Four years later when Connie graduates, she tells him she loves him and wants to be with him. I really liked this story- especially how they were dual virgins!.

-Mistle Tie Me by Erzabet Bishop & Gina Kincade- ★ ★ ★
Demi and Nick are cute together but this story was very short. I had the feeling that there was a lot of plot missing. An interesting idea with the gods and shifters in one world.
- A Tiger‘s Heart by Kat Parrish - ★
No. Just no. Didn‘t like it. The story was so fucking short (3 chapters) and there were maaaany unnecessary information and data’s, I didn‘t get it. I didn‘t even recognise the names of the characters because the author has written endless lists of facts which aren‘t important.
-A Wolf‘s Desire by Asa Maria Bradley - ★ ★
This story was kinda cute but again very fast paced. I get the feeling that all the authors so far ( in this collection) want to write the shortest book possible and then decide to describe unnecessary things and let the love story fall back. Why can‘t you concentrate on the love story? I don‘t need most of the information you gave here, it‘s not necessary and a little annoying because you read and hope for a cute story and then you get a lot of information you don‘t actually need…
-Dragon His Heels by Tami Lund - ★ ★
I don’t know what to think about this. It starts good and I liked it but the plottwist was not my cup of tea. Talia and Gabe are good together but he often treated her like an asshole. First few chapters were really good but then the plot took a turn I didn’t like.
-Guarded by the Hellhounds by Cali Mann & Freya Black - ★ ★ ★
This was a cute short story. Nora is a pretty good match for Lars, Belvor and Arth.
-Hero: Wolves of Angels Rest by Elsa Jade - ★ ★
This was okay. Sadly I didn’t like Kane, so it was difficult to feel the story.
-Long Distance Wolf by Rose Bak - ★ ★ ★
This was a cute story, but again way too short and we’re missing out on a lot of important information. I liked Connie and Andy.
-Ride: Awakening by A.C. James - ★
Didn‘t like it.
-Team Leader Bear by Candace Ayers - ★ ★ ★ ★
Loved Serge and Hannah’s story. They‘re so cute and the plot was nice. Liked the writing style. The whole series is enjoyable and you should definitely read it if you like polar bear shifters.
-The Dragon‘s Valentine by C.D. Gorri - ★ ★
Hmmm it was okay. Like the other stories there were so many unnecessary details and less love story. Fred and Callius are quit a match.
I love these anthologies and this one was was such a fun read. There were all sorts of shifters, which made this highly entertaining for me and let me explore new shifter cultures. Also, new characters, or intro to new series, really had me fully engaged and looking forward to more. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed diving into this collection :D

*** Reviewing “RIDE: AWAKENING” by A. C. James *** Felicity Forrest, paranormal investigator and blogger, had just gotten over a breakup, but her friend Cyn asked her to celebrate her 25th birthday with her. Unfortunately, Felicity’s boss called her with a new assignment investigating a Puca (horse shapeshifter) haunting incident in Ireland and she had to leave immediately. Rather than let Cyn down, she invited her to come along on holiday!
Niall O’Leary needs a human mate to continue the Puca lineage. So his father ordered him to look for one as he and Tomas try to find out what has opened a path to their world prematurely. As they go into the local pub, he immediately sees and is drawn to Felicity. When he walks her back to the bed & breakfast, his stallion cannot hold back anymore and he shifts into a horse! She climbs on his back and he takes her off to a quiet place to talk. When Felicity hears that she is fertile and could be his mate, she is not happy. She wants to be wanted for herself and not breeding capabilities. So she shoves him away and storms back to the bed & breakfast.
There are so many possibilities with this story! Can Felicity get over the pain of her breakup and learn to trust this supernatural creature? Where will this lead? I really enjoyed the book and look forward to the next episode to see what happens. The characters are likeable and there is a mystery waiting to be solved!
Let me just say that shape shifting romances are definitely my guilty pleasure so when I saw this book with 16 stories in it I thought how lucky am I? I read seven of the stories the first day I downloaded the book, but then I came to dragon shape shifters and although I hadn’t ever heard of such a thing, I do believe that story was my favorite because most of the other stories it just seem like the plot was only written to get to the sex scenes I don’t at all mind and little adult dancing in my books but I do not need detailed descriptions. This is probably my fault because I was so excited about the book I didn’t read all the details and just assumed it was the sweet and clean Shapeshifting books are usually reads but having said that most of the stories really are interesting but as I said there are still a few that to me or just erotica with the light plot. I received this book from Booksprout but I am leaving this review voluntarily please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review.

A done in one story with some interesting world building and engaging characters. Gabe knows his childhood left an impression, and how he lives as an adult is a response to it -- but there's nothing wrong with his life.
Talia is Gabe's PR manager, and she sees not just TBE man he is, but the leader he could be, and she's determined to help him find the best in himself.
I fell in love with this story. Genuine characters making TBE best decisions they can... and gradually realizing that with adulthood comes responsibilities... but they can be fun, and become our greatest joys.
A Tiger's Heart
A short story that looks to be the prequel of a series, this has interesting world building and intriguing characters. This story centers on Nita, A lawyer who isn't just concerned with getting her clients off, and isn't chasing billable hours or paychecks, but has her own clear view of what justice is.
This review is for one of the stories, Team Leader Bear, Candace Ayers. Serge and the rest of the P.O.L.A.R. Team are on a mission to protect and escort a Russian politician back to Moscow. They have to do it by the book and not go "off grid" as this is their last chance. It does not go according to plan. The politician is a nightmare and Serge discovers his true mate. What follows is a comedy of errors. An amusing read that will keep you chuckling.

It's been a while since I had a good romance anthology. I am obsessed with shifters and I just read this one as we go into fall and it really set the tone for fall PNR. There are some great authors in here and some I had never read before but now I will be after enjoying their stories. A few hit harder than others but all in all, I loved every story in this collection! I call that a win. A+.

I really enjoyed several of these stories. Some just didn’t interest me at all though. I would recommend this to someone but tell them to have an open mind and lots of patience to read all of them to see what they liked before stopping. Several were very well written and detailed novellas, and some were just too different to get into in this short of a format.
