She does it again!
Juliette has created a fantastic world populated with Vampires and a couple other supernatural surprises. In her latest installment of the Moretti Blood Brothers series, she introduces us to new characters and deftly sprinkles in cameos from familiar friends. You meet Charlotte and Marcus, both vampires with a secret that gets in the way of their happily ever after. We get to know the new Big Bad a bit more and even see a wedding a century and a half in the making. New readers, even though this is #9 in the series its a great place to jump in. It will definitely inspire you to go back and read the rest! She even leaves you with a bit of a cliffhanger...after the HEA of course.

The Vampire Warrior is the 9th book in the Moretti Blood Brothers series written by Author, Juliette N. Banks. I have read every book Ms. Banks has currently published and this story, as all the rest, had me hooked from the first page until the last. This book tells the beginnings of Marcus and Charlotte's love story/HEA which is very hot and steamy, but also very touching. This book also has multiple other things happening including the wedding of Ari and Sage, a holiday celebration, the reappearance of an enemy to the vampire race and other important events. As with each book in this series, Juliette introduces new characters as well as intermingling multiple beloved ones from past books. This book left me wanting more and I am looking forward to series book #10!

While I LOVED Marcus and Charlotte together as a couple, and I LOVED the writing and the vampire world, I found the beginning a tad repetitive and struggled with it. BUT what I found upsetting is that questions raised about the two characters that could have really deepened their story have not been answered in this book and I feel cheated. Maybe I've just raised the questions in my head and they won't be answered ever. For instance - is it his twin, the vampire that changed her and is he still alive?

Well, Juliette just keeps getting better!
The Moretti story continues with these hunky vamps, villains, and weddings, as well as Christmas and Games!
Charley is a great heroine with secrets! And Marcus, our hero, has his own secrets!
Our author doesn't fail with the steam, and the story still flows so well with so much going on!
It's so hard to put down and get on with real life, roll on April for the next book!

I really like this series. But, this book had a few unanswered questions. Is Marcus’s twin Joel, still alive? Is he the vampire that changed Charlotte and turned her on to Vamp Net? I hope these questions will be answered in a follow up book. A vampire saving and changing a human woman is one thing, but leaving her to fend for herself is another. This did not take away from the HEA of Marcus & Charlotte but it left a lot of unanswered questions.

One more Moretti soldiers will fall in love as in SLC Marcus with the one he is training for the Vampire Games. Charlotte who has secrets she hopes no one’s finds out that she is not a purebred vampire. She can be the first woman to be a SLC but she must compete against one of Ari’s assassins. I love this series.

Truth
Marcus and Charlotte's relationship on and off the professional grid was rated even though neither of them were aware. My question is who made Charlotte? My other ? Is why are there so many family relationships so messed up? Family abuse of any kind is so messed up. Kids that are brought up entitled are so clueless

While Xander is in custody, the next threat emerges in the form of a Russian mafia boss. There seems to be no end to the threats against the vampire race. In the meantime, you can also read the love story of Marcus and Charlotte. I had to laugh again at the next Christmas, would there be another Christmas?

Can’t get enough of this series. It just keeps getting more and more interesting. I love the dynamics between the different characters and seeing how they evolve throughout the series. Another fantastic read.

In The Vampire Warrior, we meet Charlotte who is the female vampire warrior I have been longing to see! She has everything you would expect from the males, but like Ginger Rodgers to Fred Astaire, she has had to do everything faster, with more cunning maneuvers, and better! It was a joy to see her spar with Marcus from the first page until the last! Marcus and Charley are super steamy, and lots of sparks fly whenever they are together. The Moretti world is complex, and it keeps evolving and growing, so I am constantly surprised and on the edge of my seat! Juliette makes me fall in love with these characters with each new book and couple (but Brayden and Willow will always be my favorites, tied with Ari and Sage!). There were some seriously romantic moments mixed in with lots and lots of steam, which was heart-meltingly sweet. I always try to slow down my reading and savor every page, but I just can’t do it! What an awesome book! Really looking forward to the next book!

Loved this book. Made me laugh, made me cry (the wedding) and so, so hot!!! I adore the interaction between the SLCs but Craig and Braydon and crack me up (although I laughed out loud when Vincent 'deadpanned' to Marcus about Charlotte being his mate "blah, blah,blah").

I think it's great when Juliette brings in new characters and you soon can't wait to find out their story. Bring on Alex!!
