Synopsis
Ingrid is a woman who most men lusted for. She was smart, beautiful, independent, had a loving man, and a secure job. One would believe if she has all this, she has to be happy. Sad to say, that even though, she may have everything she needed in life; one thing, is still missing. TRUE LOVE!
Her man, Roger, is all a woman can ask for; however, there’s a lot of things, he isn’t willing to do in order to keep Ingrid happy. Unbeknownst, to him, the betrayal he’s committing behind her back comes to the forefront and her world comes crumbling down, but not for reasons you think.
Cason Hill suffered a traumatic loss and has been fighting himself every day to move past it. Unfortunately, a woman who is destined to be in his life because of his daughter, Kiyah, brings so much drama in his life; he has to make a choice, on if he should kill her or let her be.
Pierce came to be with Cason in hopes of helping him retire from the game. They both decided, going legit is the best thing, for each of them. However, he meets Rebel and she turns his world upside down. Crazy as it may seem, she’s exactly the type of woman he needs to balance him out. He later finds out that she isn’t the person he thought she was and walks outta her life, only to be dragged back in to save her.

EXCELLENT
Tinaaaaaaaaaaa I can not take this. This story was amazing for beginning to end. I love me some Cason he's a dream come true. I felt so bad for Ingrid and I have a feeling Rose is the one who tried to do the abortion on her. I'm so ready for them to get Roger with his no good a**, I hope Ingrid is okay. I'm just ready for Pierce to find out about the job that Rabel doing. So ready for part 2 great read.

Must Read
This book took me through so many emotions. I felt so bad for Ingrid. She went through so much and it just seemed to follow her no matter what. She had to deal with so many manipulative people who were truly out for themselves until she met Case! I love both him and Pierce. They were something else. They had their moments where you couldn’t help but laugh at the things they said. Pierce met his match when he and Rebel crossed paths. Those two are made to be together. Hopefully Rebel handles things so she can be with the man she wants. I don’t care for Pierces ex. She is up to something. That is the only reason she came back after so many years. I can’t stand Odessa or Rose. Both of those delusional chicks need to find some business. They are both full of it. Roger deserves whatever comes his way. Selina was foul for switching up the way she did. She didn’t know the whole situation between Rose and Ingrid so she should have stayed out of it. No matter how close she and Rose are or were. I pray things don’t end bad for Ingrid. That ending has my head spinning trying to figure things out.

Tina J has done it again. Another CERTIFIED BANGER. Baby when I say this book was good that is an understatement. This book was FIRE. Cason and Pierce is both BAE. The pain Cason felt was quickly replaced with the love he needed and that is Ingrid. She is everything he needs and vice versa. Pierce is rude but I love him I hope him and Rebel can get it together because they are definitely a perfect match. Rose is a piece of shish and Karma is coming. Odessa is delusional and I believe she is going to be trouble. Roger better get a clue before he ends up in a milk carton messing with the wrong family. The thing I really loved about this book was getting to hear about some characters from my favorite books. I cannot wait for the next installment please don't have me waiting to long. I need it ASAP. This book was everything and had my emotions all over the place. From beginning to end full of drama, action, lies, secrets, manipulative people everywhere. Loved the intense couples and the suspense was up, down and all around. Very well written and it flowed so smoothly at such a steady pace til I was at the end and didn't realize it-a page turner. Awesome storyline and plot and it just keeps getting better and better and the plot thickens. These characters are developed and love their growth and I know it's more coming. Can't wait to see how Ingrid, Rebel, Cason and Pierre deal with all the twist and turns thrown at them and those snakes lurking around. Awesome job Tina J, you're a amazing writer. Highly recommend this book.

Wat is going on man? Is Ingrid okay? Wat did Cason find when he opened up the bathroom door? Wats going on wit Rebel n when is she coming back? I'm hoping n praying that Ingrid is okay cuz Cason is gonna lose it man. Who did that anyway? I just got so many questions man ugh. I'm hoping that Rebel isn't going to set up Pierce n Cason cuz that's gonna be a problem especially since they were supposed to be looking for her smh... I don't understand y Sway treated her like that. I'm hoping that part 2 gets into a lil background about Sway's n Rebel's relationship. I really enjoyed reading this book! This was fire right here! Tre' Magnifique... I was concerned when the book started off. But as always, I got a treat. I cannot figure out why Ingrid would allow herself to be treated like that with sorry Roger.. ROSE is the truest essence of a woman so confused, and damaged that she would not heed her own family / friends advice on getting rid of the man and child. Roger is nothing. Cason & Kiyah have been thru some things, and Desi's mother WTH is wrong with her? Pierce / Rebel, I am so rooting for Rebel to come Squeaky clean.. Looking very foward to the next book, which is coming soon...

I felt so sorry for Cason. He loved his wife to his core. I also felt sorry for Ingrid too because of all of the abuse she endured from the hands of Roger. I can't stand Rose or Odessa for being hoes and homewreckers. I couldn't believe Rogers mother. She needed to get her a** beat. Roger needs to die regardless. I'm glad Pierce has finally met his match. Lol. I can't wait to read part 2.

I love me some Cason! In this book he has officially stolen my heart! I hate the drama that’s already unfolding, but mannnn it’s so GOOD!
Rebel is my type of chick, however I don’t agree with how she handling things! I need her to get it together before it’s too late!

This book was so Litt. I loved how everything was intertwined. Mann you know what! Casen is Bae. I love Pierre too. I love him and rebel! I just gone pray for Marsha. I can't wait for Rose to get here behind handled! Someone needs to do Roger like he does Ingrid. That ending was to damn much for me! I wasn't ready. Talk about nerves being bad! Tina j and this cliff hangers. That ending fgot me picking up my jaw off the floor! I love me some cason he is def bae. I can't stand Roger or rose so they both need to go. I like Vanessa and pierce together but I'm not to sure what's gone happen with them when the truth comes about her job. I def can't wait for part 2 because book 1 had me on the edge of my seat
