The Creekwood conclusion you didn’t know you needed.
We’re not in Creekwood anymore…
Ten years ago I moved in next to three of the hottest bikers, nosiest neighbors, and best friends a girl could ask for. Now, a decade later, Coty Walsh, Beckett Meyers, and Marc Vega are my family. And while the landscape around us may have changed, make no mistake, we’re all still up to our same old tricks. Some of us more than others. Days before I’m finally about to marry Coty, an unexpected opportunity opens up on the roundabout I’ve been stuck circling, giving me a glimpse of another happily ever after, one that could jeopardize ours. Last time I chose a path that led me away from him, Coty waited for me. This time…I’m not sure he will. Round and round I go, back to the beginning we know.
*Roundabout is a 31k-word novella in the Creekwood series and centers around Detour’s couple, Coty and Angela. It takes place six years after the epilogue in the third book, Blind Spot, and features the rest of the crew as well. It’s recommended you read the trilogy—Detour, Changing Lanes, and Blind Spot—before starting Roundabout to avoid spoilers. Contains foul language, mild violence, and sexual situations intended for audiences 18+. Fostering, adopting, and child abuse are present.
A. Marie likes to paint her characters’ voices on to the blank canvas of a page using her own blend of quick wit and playfulness. She strives to bring readers entertaining yet powerful stories they’ll fall for time and time again. Born and raised in Washington State, she now resides in upstate New York with her husband and three kids.
OMG you guys! If you haven’t jumped on the Creekwood bandwagon yet, you need to grab your kindle and get on board.
The series follows a group of guys that forge a chosen family bond with each other. Along the way these guys fall for some pretty awesome chicks. The stories are sweet and steamy, fun, both heartbreaking and heartwarming.
With Roundabout, AM has given us the most wonderful extended HEA for Coty and Angela (from #DETOUR B1), and pretty much the whole Creekwood Gang.
This little gem really packed a punch in the feels for me. I bawled! Like couldn’t stop the tears from falling. I cried because I was sad, frustrated and oh so happy in the end!
10 years later Angela and Coty are finally getting married, but not without some potholes along the way. Just because they got a HEA and are still happy together, like in any relation they still had more to learn and grow.
I most certainly read this start to finish, ignoring anything and everything, and it was EVERYTHING I never knew I needed to complete the series. There’s some laughs, tons of tears, some steamy scenes and of course the best heart healing HEA.

Possible second gen stories!!! I will pray to the book gods this happens someday. **eek**
review Omgggg this book!!! I didn’t realize how much i missed my creekwood crew until reading this novella. How A. Marie can make you feel every dang emotion in every book is beyond me. It was a rollercoaster of happiness, anger, frustration, sadness and happiness again. Don’t forget all the tears along with it!! I love the way A. marie is able to talk about tougher topics like mental health and foster care, with the impact it leaves on the family. This story was an incredible addition to the creekwood crew 💕 My only critique is wishing it was longer because I’m never quite done with this gang. 😭 If you’ve read the other stories this is a must read & if you haven’t read the other stories I strongly recommend you do!! You’ll thank me later. 😉
angela annoyed the shit out of me though, i get why she did what she did but girl, if you're not able to talk to your bf of A DECADE about family-related shit, then should you get married at all??? their miscommunication felt like a fork scratching a plate.
reading about every person being there for their wedding, even the new additions to the family 👀👀👀 ... was everything to me. i love the creekwood universe so much 🫶🫶🫶
Author A. Marie just gave me the Angela and Coty closure I didn’t even know I needed or wanted!
Roundabout is a novella from the Creekwood series. In this story we get an update into the live of our favourite Creekwood crew, with a focus on Angela and Coty.
For me, this novella was heartbreaking and heartwarming, and hit close to home. I had missed this crew so much and getting an update into their lives was EVERYTHING.
If you love Creekwood and need a little something something, then this novella is for you.
Also, can I just say that I now require A. Marie to provide us with a Hunter and Rebel story, as well as a Letty story ;)
A.Marie made my dreams come true when she wrote a novella for the Creekwood crew set 6 years after the last book. I love this world and these characters with my whole heart. WOOO, get ready for the spice (which I love) and get ready to feel all the emotions. MAN. Roundabout may be a short book, but it’s jam-packed with heart.
In this Novella Angela ANNOYED me!! It wasn’t that deep for you to hide it to your fiance knowing he has trust issues!! They were right to think she was cheating
This couldn’t be more perfect ending to one of the best series I have ever read ! I was hooked from the start falling in love with the 3 boys to go through all the ups and downs as each one find their true loves and each get their own happy ending
This series is one of them that will stick with you. I will recommend this till I’m blue in the face. If I could give it 6 starts I would I’m gutted that it’s all over now I didn’t want this to end 😩
very good author written in a humorous style with a very good realistic story
Must read all 4 books the author creates a Morden tale following 3 fantasy men each carrying their own burden but creating a bond thicker than blood humorous in vast parts and the female characters are what everyone wants to be strong, independent and thriving the love is a hard travel through the each story making you fall in love with each character the only negative is that I would of wanted much longer in the stories
I absolutely loved the premise where everyone became parents.. and you see into the dynamic of how they go about the group. But I am a little disappointed that it didn’t incorporate the POVs of all couples rather than solely focusing on Coty & Angela but also kinda loved that it was a full circle moment (since the series started with them). Overall, would have loved to have a little more content.. mainly the Hunter and Rebel side plot that was just too good to leave at that but ultimately a wonderful end to the series.

Thank you A. Marie for the opportunity to read the ARC of Roundabout! This is indeed a book I didn't know I needed but I feel so giddy and happy right now after finishing it❤ I love how stories written by A. Marie are different from other writers in this genre: creative, good plot-twists and storyline, funny dialogues and no clichés.. And of course written in true Creekwood style, which is great! I loved the sweet family vibes + Coty and Angie are the best! 🔥 I definitely recommend this book❤
Absolutely love this series. I love every single character. The banter, the emotions and the entertainment. I love it all. I hope we get more of these characters. Or at least the next generation.
Loved this as a cute wrap up to the whole series. It was nice going back to Angela and Coty to see them finally finish their story! I also love that it included foster care and adoption into the story.
What a beautiful ending to wrap up the Creekwood Series! I absolutely loved these characters and the first book… getting to read their HEA and final healing was beautiful!
Cute little ending to the series. Love to see everyone’s families and how they’ve grown. Angela was a bit annoying with the secrets, but I can get over that. Enjoyed this series!
I loved every book from this series! This short novella gave the perfect closure I needed to round out the series even though I wish it kept going becuase of how good it was!
i was anxious since reading the book summary. i was scared and anticipating what was gonna happen the whole time. i hate what they both did but i get it. im glad it all worked out
Was this book necessary to tie up loose ends? I guess but it stressed me out a little for being so short. Enjoyed seeing the boys all grown up and everyone getting their HEA
