Its all the basics you get in most birthing classes with a focus on helping your partner have a low intervention birth. I would add a class or other resources in addition.

Great for getting to know hypnobirthing
Easy to read, has very useful resources, and it’s a great introduction to the subject. I really do recommend for fellow dads and birth partners.
