Created by myself, Coach Shaelyn, this training journal includes many sport-specific activities as well as activities to promote a well-balanced lifestyle.

I created this for my own skaters this coming season to use as a simple training tool and filled it with other fun activities that will encourage them to explore their skating imagination. It is designed to help them enjoy skating on and off the ice during a regular September – May winter season!

Recommended for skaters who are learning their basic jumps (ex. waltz) all the way to skaters with multiple programs. Can be adapted to many levels and ages in figure skating.
