Now about the main character and only male resident of the Yuragi Inn, Kogarashi.

Kogarashi was born a spirit medium. Thus, he attracted ghosts who would possess his body willy-nilly. This led him to distrust ghosts. The distrust got worse when he revealed a ghost possessed him to make massive bets on stocks as a day trader. It was going well until it wasn’t, and his caretaker ended up taking the brunt of the losses.

Love seeing Sagiri constantly developing her powers in unique ways. The sudden confession was a long time coming. It is hard to figure out who to root for in all this drama.
