Darkness breeds chaos, among other things, and as Draven and Aliyah continue to battle their inner depravity filled desires, the line between dark and light becomes distorted, testing, pulling and gnawing at their restraints.
But it's not only them that's landed themselves in the crossfire of the Dark Goddess and her nefarious plans. Neferity has waited a long time for the revelation to come to fruition, and she'll stop at nothing until it's fulfilled.
The darkness is circling, anticipating it's next feast, and if Draven and Aliyah aren't careful, they'll find themselves hanging themselves with the little rope they have left. Will they continue to curb their urges, or will they fall victim to the debauchery within.

*Deep breath* well this one was a doozy! I still don't have all my feelings sorted out after this one! There were things I absolutely loved about this book and then there were parts where I may have chucked items in my bedroom.
I definitely need to be hesitant of what I say because I don't want to give any spoilers! But brace yourselves for all the dark. All the naughty bits. And all the suspense. That's what I love about these books. I never know what to expect.
I will say Draven really grew on me as a character in this book. I loved how he supported and refused to give up on Aliyah. Especially with all that she was dealing with in this book. Aliyah really went through a whirlwind of shit in this book and I could not keep up with her.
The reader will understand more while reading, why she makes some of the decisions that she does. It's definitely heartbreaking, stressful, and overall crazy. It definitely put my thoughts in perspective of other characters.
While I mostly love all the secondary characters... there are some that I could do without.
Maybe my feelings will change in the next book. Hopefully!
But, I absolutely love the storyline of this series. It's so unique and has incredible world building. The whole plot with Nefarity is intense, to say the least. I cannot wait to see what happens next!
These books definitely have to be read in order, and beware of cliffys! But, they're so worth it. And I 1000% recommend! Happy reading!
