I enjoyed the end of the standoff at the ball, and Princess Septieme was fun, though I wasn't ready for a new character just yet. I'm still interested in staying focused on the Pumpkin Scissors unit and their characters and relationships with each other. Then the last chapter was puzzling, because I didn't recognize the "secret lover" guy. Is he a new character? But I guess I won't find out since this is the last volume Del Rey published before it closed its manga division. Or whatever.
Episode 15, in which we meet princess Septieme, is one of my favourite chapters so far. Episode 14 is more of the same and episode 16 is very confusing. I like this series, but not enough to keep reading...
