Nikki Rose

For as long as she can remember, Nikki Rose has enjoyed writing stories. For years, writing was just a hobby for this South Carolina native. It was a way to let out all the stories floating around in her head. After one of those stories took on a mind of its own, outgrowing even the parameters of a single book, Rose knew she had to pursue her dream.

Married to her high school sweetheart and best friend, Rose feels she is truly living out a romance story of her very own. As a stay at home mom of two, she is blessed with the time needed to work on her writing career full-time while her kids are at school or in the wee hours while normal people sleep. She considers herself a music-obsessed chocoholic and hopeless romantic who enjoys weaving romance stories with a healthy dose of mystery and suspense.

All of this series deserve 10 stars! Phenomenal writing and stories. Even with the cliffhanger in this one, I had to give top stars! This is an edge of your seat, gripping, action packed book! Mia went through he!! In the first book. Will she finally get what she wants and hold onto it? Mia & two are still fighting to stay strong. You have to read book 1 to keep up. No skipping here!

Well this author did it again writing another fantastic book. If you love suspense, action packed, keep you on the edge of your seat story then this is for you, but you must read the first book in the series first. Mia and Teo are such fantastic characters. Talking about Teo being a total alpha and sometimes I wanted to knock him over the head but then he would do something to redeem himself. But both were just as hardheaded as the other. I absolutely loved Mia she was kick a*s and would not take crap from Teo. She stood her ground and did what she felt was right. What a cliffhanger the ending was. You were left guessing who the bad people were after all. I am so excited for the next book. I need answers now. Most definitely recommend this book. I loved it.

WARNING***CLIFF HANGER ENDING***
This dark romance series is full of triggers. There is kidnapping, abuse and many emotional triggers that may not be suitable for most. Just remember these things when choosing this book series.

This book was absolutely an adrenaline filled adventure full of thrills, chills and danger around every corner. Mia and Theo have a rough patch ahead of them in this book. How can someone love someone who killed their brother. That is what Teo must struggle to do in this second book. He wants to hate Mia, but she is so ingrained into every fiber or his being that he struggles with what to do.

This book will have you on the edge of your seat the entire time, just waiting for the next pen to drop. There is so much anger and twisted plots that you will pray for a happy ending. But I believe our prayers are not going to be answered anytime soon with our couple, as there is always another hurdle to jump.

Nikki Rose does mafia romance right and in this book along with the others in the series, she writes pure perfection. It has so much danger and darkness that adrenaline junkies will get off on the books. There is a lot of love, hate and angst throughout and the characters are so dark and scary. Mia is a lightening bug flashing in a dark and evil world and she is just trying to stay alive.

With the ending in this book, I along with many others will be left speechless with the question I know has to be on everyone's tongue, "What the hell is happening?". Yep feel the drop as you fall off the cliff with that ending. I cannot wait till the next book. I have to know what is going on.

It took Teo a bit to pull his head out of that dark cavern he sat upon - he was torn on how to feel about the loss - Between suffering a little survivors guilt and taking it out on the innocent he was going to lose the one woman who made him feel alive

Mia was pulling away unable to find that middle ground Overwhelmed by the whiplash of Teo's emotions and all the other numerous life-changing upheavals she had recently experienced.
She may not be the strongest donna but she has backbone

Mira was a blast! She saw everything with untainted eyes - I firmly believe without her things may have gone backside over tea kettle

This moved a lot faster than book one.
Some serious "holy charcuterie" moments seasoned with betrayals and a few pretty tough choices
All topped with some hades level smexy
made this an edge-of-your-seat read
This ends on a double cliffhanger IMO

Just might be one of my favorite trilogy’s!
Now that Gio is out of the way, Mia and Teo can be together, except now he’s struggling with his brothers death and Mia’s part in it. You can see how much he cares and loves her, but he’s questioning things. Sometimes you really want to smack him. I love them together, they’re perfect, but things are not going to be easy.
Book 2 is packed with action and suspense, and leaves you with so many questions!!! It ends on a cliffhanger, and you need to read book 1. But it’s so good!!!! I’m dying for book 3!

This is the second book in this incredible series, and Mia and Teo’s journey continues. Mia is finally able to be with Teo, but he is struggling as the new underboss, and with his brothers’ death. The is a well written fast paced story which is action packed, with challenges, violence, loss, grief, suspense, guilt, danger, intrigue, survival, healing, and leads to a thrilling and addictive page turner. This story ends in a cliffhanger, and look forward to reading the next book in this amazing series.

This story picks up right where book 1 left off so you will need to go back and read that. Mia killed Gio in order to save Teo. Teo's emotions will give you whiplash! BUT, now that Gio is gone, Teo is now the heir and Mia's engagement now falls to Teo. Everything should be good right? Not so fast! There are some people that are determined to not let this marriage happen. Teo needs to deal with his issues when it comes to Mia shooting Gio and he needs to start looking at Mia as a partner and stop bossing her around. Mia is definitely proving herself in this book!

Mia and Teo's continued story from book one, Willed to the Enemy, is another fast-paced, full of suspenseful action must read. Once again, I was quickly held captive to these two and their lives. The headstrong mafia donna and her rival family's soon to be don have an intense relationship that's hard to tell at times if it's hate-fueled, love-fueled or a combination of the two. The ending once again left me speechless and already begging for book three, Devoted to the Enemy.

I couldn't wait till this book came out. I wanted to know what was going to happen. How would the events of the previous book affect the outcome of this one? I am so happy that I was able to read the story, but now I have to wait until the next one. I loved this book though. So I will patiently (not really) wait to find out what will happen now. But I can't wait. Great read.

Well just when I thought Willed to Enemy was great, Nikki goes and wows me with book two. Now Mia is with Teo but it will not be easy especially because her actions against his brother. Riveting and addictive, can’t wait for the next book.

Teo and Mia!

This series doesn't disappoint at all, from your almost groom putting a hit on you to another mafia Don kidnapping Mia,they don't have a easy life or even happiness. I can't put the story down and I know when I get to the last story of this series I will be so heart broken because that will be the finish! Let's hope Teo and Mia have a happy ending!

Definitely enjoyed this book more than it's predecessors.
We are finally gaining traction in the series with more of a plot and I found myself unable to look away.
Again thanks to the ending I can't comment on the characters.
This book was very cleverly done.
