Great info! I love to hear that what we eat can contribute to acne. In the past I have asked the same question at my former Dermatologist only to hear the word no! Really? Come on! So I appreciate the diet plan in the book!
Anyway, the only reason I gave it a 3 was the poor editing in the copy I have from Amazon. It doesn't say it's an uncorrected proof but it reads like one and was a little annoying after awhile.
