This is the first book to be thoroughly endoresed by the New Energy Congress. It covers many aspects of advanced energy research, and does so more thoroughly than anything published so far. Many little-known technologies that involve getting energy from water, magnets, or the aether are covered. Everyone who wants to do something about the ongoing energy crisis needs to read this book. It makes an especially good starting point for young researchers.

Ms Manning is without a doubt a thorough researcher with amazing contacts. Her ability to not only contact all these inventors but get them to provide in-depth information makes this book great reading.

Mostly opinions and supposition, the book was still an interesting skim that raised some valuable questions about our current and future energy choices. Unfortunately, most factual information is qualified by phrases such as "a minority of the group" or "experts around the world" which are unconvincing in their use. In the few cases that some information really struck a chord, a quick Google search turned up zero current results or news that a company is no longer in business or, in once case, being investigated for fraud. Disappointing.
