A very strange book. Interesting enough, but a little bit disturbing, and probably not something I would read again. The most interesting bit - and the only reason I picked up this book in the first place - is that it was written by Christiaan Barnard. I daresay he is a better surgeon than a fiction author... haha.

The story was interesting enough, bringing up lots of questions about ethical choices in the medical research field. A little too much medical jargon for my taste, but cool to think that's it's probably accurate considering the author!

Unusual. Considering the author was the first man to perform a heart transplant, the story raises questions.
