Everything we are today and will be tomorrow depends on the thoughts we have and the way we perceive them. Most of the time, they are negative. But if you think deeply, how will you define negativity❓
The author delves deeper into the zest of this question. First of all, she simplifies the thinking process and our perception. Gradually, she connects psychology and philosophy with it. Then, over the course of the next eight chapters, she states the causes and simple ways to shift towards a positive mindset.
The book is short, at about 120 pages, but worth reading. With one topic in hand, the author successfully squeezes out the crucial learnings from the history and techniques of detailed research. The techniques are simple and as easy as pie.
In this book, you will learn :
🔹 Simplifying the complexity of life. 🔹 Understanding patterns of negativity. 🔹 Breaking the non-conscious cycle of thoughts. 🔹 Being mindful. 🔹 Steps towards a contented life.
The book is super easy to connect with and practise. The tips discussed, if followed over a period of time, are beneficial. The problems discussed in the book are relatable. I loved the simplistic approach to writing this book.

I enjoyed how concise this was. It was short and to the point. The first chapter and a half had some things that rubbed me the wrong way a little bit, but overall I think this provided great advice and REAL ways to overcome negative thinking.
