Eutychus Bly: Lawman: Trouble Along the Big Muddy: A Western Adventure

When Atchison, Kansas is stricken with drought, survival becomes the main concern of the people living in and around the environs of this small frontier town. The true character of the folks who live there is quickly bubbling to the surface. Some show courage, resiliency, and patience, while others are greedy and have a sickening desire to profit from others’ misfortune.
So is the case with three cattle barons who have gone so far as to hire gunslicks to block water access to the Big Muddy. Seven men have been killed and two wounded for just simply trying to water their stock.
Eutychus Bly arrives in Atchison by request of Governor Bill Hoppe. He, along with Sheriff Jackson and Deputy Billy Connors, have their jobs cut out for them as they face down the rapacious ranchers and the gunmen who are on their payroll.
Will these three lawmen be enough to turn the tide of evil that’s plaguing this town? Soon that question will be answered at the business end of their pistols and rifles.

Great reading.
I avid reader I really enjoy reading books that keeps my Internet and wanting more. I have read all books in this series and looking forward to many more.
Each book keeps your interest waiting for the next chapter. These boots take you right along side each character and into the action.
Can highly recommend reading each book.

Boy book #4
Great story and well written. Story had a lot of twists and turns but I enjoyed it very much. I thought it was the best one since the series opener. Looking forward to the next book of the series.

Evil and Greed
This story bring there are always greedy and evil people out here. You have to decide which side you want to be and pay the consequences. Excellent story. Range detectives clean up another area of Kansas.

The Great Draught Of Atchison
I love a great western and this one was certainly one of them. Lots of action with brave and valient lawmen in the lead. Great storyline with well developed characters. Well worth reading. I would highly recommend it!

Main character is strong and has plenty of exploits ,intrigue and adventure. Introducing new characters to continue in more books is good.
