All mini bio's are taken from the period in question and have not been modernised so can be a bit challenging in parts as is the fairly often tendency to change to Latin and far less so French.

The reason I only give two stars is that many of the people included are not very well known or had no impact on the civil wars (my area of interest). It's OK but not something I would have missed reading.
