This book has some details about what nicotine addiction is like and explain some basic concept ,break some common misbeliefs about smoking
However, the book aims to help smokers, but smokers who have an intention to quit will very likely have no patience finish reading the whole book
The suitable readers should be researchers or teens, to prevent them from taking up smoking or quit at an early stage
