The book included some great concepts and learnings regarding the managerial grid. The concepts of each managerial style is well explained going into depth about the origins of each behavioural style and how it presents itself.
However, some elements of the book are very difficult to digest. I would recommend reading it out load if you are struggling to understand the content.

Wonderful read at a much needed time. Wish i had got hold of it earlier. Must read for all first time managers.
