Esta fue una linda historia, pero no demasiado cargada de romance para un verdadero libro de romance. Susannah y Kane estaban necesitadas a su manera pero realmente se complementaban entre sí.

Did not like it, didn't like plot or characters. I especially didn't like the heroine, she was very confrontational from page 1 and I just couldn't get into the book from there. Np.

Siapa nyana Kane malah bertemu wanita cantik yg mandiri, Susannah Wilson, kakak sekaligus bridesmaid pengantin wanita. Kane kepincut dgn keuletan, rajin dan proteksinya terhadap sang adik. Kane tahu jika dia membongkar samarannya, Susannah bakal marah besar, pdhl selama bbrp hari di kota kecil ini, Kane sdh menemukan kedamaian yg tdk diperolehnya di kota New York. Mampukah Kane jujur kepada Susannah?

Alurnya menurut saya standar saja, so-so, model cerita ala Cinderella Complex Syndrome. Tidak ada konflik emosional yg dramatis, cenderung monoton dan datar. HEA juga dipaksakan. Andaikan twist nya lebih dipelintir, gregetnya pasti lebih ada. Jadi lumayan sajalah buku ini.

This was a cute story but not too heavy on romance for a true romance book. Susannah and Kane were both needy in their own ways but really complemented each other. Surprised by the way the happily ever after was written but wished for a few more chapters.

A rather sweet and silly story about finding yourself and standing up for who you are. The timeline is incredibly short, but there's some funny episodes that makes up for it.
