Isla is a game developer, and her new project is a game based on the local hockey team, Falls Creek Falcons.
Ryder is a hockey player, and he has never seen fans so crazy as the ones in Falls Creek. He doesn’t want to spend time with the nerds of the new game, but once he sees Isla…
I found the scene at the traffic lights funny, but I don’t think it would be so fun if it was in real life.
I don’t understand why he thought it was a good idea to take Isla to that shady nightclub.

I liked this one better than book 1. H is another bad boy and is a playboy, h is a virgin. No ow/om drama.
I liked the night they had together. It may have been only one night but they both got to see each other in a fun and carefree atmosphere. They really bonded and connected. That was missing in book 1.
The author mentions how the NHL stock had never been higher because of the popularity of the team. The NHL is not a publicly traded company so they don’t have stocks.

What a fantastic book. If you love ice hockey romance between a bad boy player & a curvy goddess than this book is a must to read. Isla & Ryder met briefly but never exchanged names. Isla work is a sponsor of the local hockey team & attends a meet & greet. Ryder doesn't want to be there but he catches a scent in the air that reminds him of that brief encounter. He slowly turns around & their eyes meet, time seems to stand still.
Is a HEA in the cards for these two?
This is a fantastic series & I eagerly await the next book...

I absolutely loved this book!!! Ryder is a professional hockey player. He has a player’s reputation. He’s never even been in a relationship. Isla is the eternal good girl. She is a a computer software developer - basically a bit of a geek. Together, their chemistry is OFF THE CHARTS!!!

Ryder (H) is a rough and tough hockey player who likes hanging out in clubs and living it up. Isla (h) is a curvy game developer. An interrupted fiery kiss in a bar leaves them both thinking of one another, and when they next meet they're ready to let things move quickly in their relationship into the hot and steamy realm. Minor tension with her overprotective brother. Lovely curvy girl romantic hockey quickie!

I thought this was a cute novella! It's about a hockey star, Ryder, and his woman, Isla. Isla is sweet and shy and Ryder is her perfect counterpart. There's a little steam and lots of romance!
