This is a wonderfully creative picture book from the 60s, featuring some of the most unique dragons you're likely to see. Within these pages are psychedelic dragons, doleful dragons, surreal dragons, jigsaw dragons, butch dragons, dragons that look like a music album cover, and so on..
Anyway, the neat thing about this book is that every member of the dragon-hunting group finds a dragon that fits them individually. It's a veritable celebration of dragon diversity! At the end of the story, the child is invited to draw the dragon they'd like to have, allowing them to exercise their glorious imaginations. Worth hunting down.
