Born the youngest of eight children in the inner city of Hartford, Connecticut, Poetic Evolution began writing at the age of nine. Seeing all that she did in the projects and on the streets, she wrote of what she dreamed of seeing and what she prayed for humanity to be. As years passed and reality replaced her childhood visions, her writing evolved into a much deeper acknowledgment of what is. Through her love for God and her gift, she opens her soul to inhale and exhale truths most are afraid to express or can’t. Through verse and the Almighty, Shar Daniel, a.k.a Poetic Evolution, was born bringing forth change through Souletry.
