So not good enough to be a "favorite," but i've been needing to scratch a historical fantasy romance itch and this does the job nicely. the only qualm i have is the insta love. but i'll overlook it and give it a five star any way.

I wish he had fallen in love with her because of not just her beauty, but wit or something. They didn't have much of a dynamic apart from, you're beautiful, I'm beautiful, so we love each other...?
