I understand wanting to make some money, but the Registered Trademark is on almost every page!

I appreciate and think what she hope to do - provide simple and easy recipes without the use of fancy or difficult to find ingredients - a positive endeavor. However, I don't like recipes that rely so very heavily on fat-free, lite, low-calorie, etc. ingredients to replace real food.
