Very good book and a breath of fresh air to go back to how things worked in the past. In today's classroom a lot of power has been taken away from teachers. That is the reality of the world we live in. But, most teachers care, want to be their best and want the best for each of their students. Get back to discipline as a concept is an important step forward.
The book did become a bit repetitive, but this is likely due to the fact that it is not rocket science for concepts and there are a few keys to success.

Even though this book is geared towards educators, it is a very informative read for parents as well.
