In this book the warrior's code is to be peaceful, kind, and respectful of all living. This inspirational book emphasizes that bravery and courage are demonstrated by treating people with compassion, standing up for what is right, and displaying peace and self-respect. I would have this book be an individual read for 4th graders, which I feel they have a more understanding of being more respectful and how others are feeling.
