I found this book super interesting including all relationship topics that some are sensitive and a taboo and others are more widely discussed. The research was personal in people watching and friends over the years which felt alot less heavy than "this person said this in this research." I found the way the writter injected humour and honest easy to follow and build a strong image to make you question yourself and choices made as love is so hard to find.
