She's one defiant, forbidden, pain in my as*.
One I can't touch.

One I can’t train.

But Vivienne is mine. Body. Soul…

And most importantly, her bloodline.

None of them understand how important she is.

But I know.

My sons and I will protect that information - her - to the death to keep it for ourselves.

So, she’ll remain here, under my roof…obeying my rules.

Resisting me at every goddamn opportunity.

Playing her defiant little games with our control.

Until I find my resolve slipping.

I’m cold, calculating.

But I'm a man who finds himself becoming obsessed with her.

And I’m not the only one.

I see the hunger in my son’s eyes.

See the way they react around her.

She won't be wearing red for us…

Because she won't be wearing anything at all.

I’ll take her downstairs…and show her exactly who is in control here.

I’ll show her what it’s like to be owned…

Owned is a dark age gap romance. The men in this story are cold, ruthless and intense and if you are sensitive to particular content make sure you check the warnings inside the book before you begin.

This is more in line with what I expected for book 3. It's super charged and had me hating London and the Sons one minute and rooting for them the next. And it ends on a cliffhanger! Not the Christmas present I was looking forward to.... Grrr.... (I'm complaining, but still loved it!)

I gave in to the force and melting into that demanding hunger.
-- Vivienne

It is not a book that's easy to look away from. The action is sharp and constant - sometimes in violence, sometimes in eroticism, sometimes in both. I'm not sure how their story turned me off and turned me on at the same time, but Atlas Rose (AK) managed to have me on that edge for most of the time.

"Stay low and move fast."
-- Carven

If you're looking for a standalone, this really isn't it. In a lot of ways, it is as the focus is on Vivienne, London, and the Sons, Carven and Colt. To truly appreciate many of the pieces, you need to read or listen to Ryth's trilogy. Also, this is NOT a sweet book. It's very dark with plenty of warnings to heed.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are Ana Cole and Orcus Auditory (Jack Calihan?). I like them both and I can't wait for the next book!

ARC REVIEW

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶

**Pterodactyl screech**

Five mother-fucking stars. All of the stars. I was so excited to read this book, I started it as soon as the arc dropped into my inbox.

It did not disappoint. I loved every second of this book. I absolutely loved reading about Vivienne and the start of her journey with London, Colt and Carven. She’s such a strong badass female, and I’m surprised she held out so long with the three of them. What’s great about this is the there is an overarching plot (where seeds are planted in the previous trilogy, Mine, Hers & Ours) and it continues in Owned where we get a bit more tidbits on The Order and everything going on behind the scenes.

I loved the character development in this. From all 4 of our main characters. I’m honestly blown away by Atlas’s ability to write a story with excellent character development (and not waiting until book 2 to develop them); how she involves the plot and keeps you wanting to read. DON’T get me started on the SPICE. Whew! 🥵 If you thought the previous trilogy within this world was spicy, you ain’t read nothing yet. As always the spice scenes were ✨exquisite✨ and I’m really glad I put fresh battery’s in my ehem…you know.

Was the ending a tad predictable? A little, BUT only because I knew the name of book two, so I had a feeling this was going to happen, but the execution was brilliant.

I’m honestly so blown away by this book; and I am DYING to get my filthy, slutty hands on book two. GIVE IT TO ME NOW.

Brava once again. I can’t wait to read more!

Note: I recommend you read the previous trilogy to this one. There’s a lot of overarching characters and plot points, that if you just jump straight into this one, you’ll be lost!

Man, this book! Loved every moment of it! I knew that London St. James was going to make me fall... right to my knees! Holy crap, I want to dirty things for that man. Then you add in The Sons and I am done. YESSSS! We got a little taste of the 3 guys, along with Viv in the previous trilogy (Mine, Hers & Ours) and to finally get to start their story was everything and more!

This book was intense, gritty, action packed and so freaking STEAMY! Holy hotness!!
Vivienne was badass! Then add in London, Colt and Craven... perfection!
The story was so captivating, I could NOT put it down! I devoured it and now I'm dying
for the next book!! I know it's going to blow us away!!

Omg I was definitely not prepared for these men🥵 London and the Sons are everything. My heart broke hearing what the twins went through growing up. I love the fire in Vivienne. She does not make it easy for them 🤣 The possessiveness these boys have over what’s theirs is top tier 🤌🏼 This series just keeps getting better with each book. It was definitely a mail bitter and had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. That ending😱 I did not see that coming. This author is beyond phenomenal with her writing. I couldn’t get enough of this book. I can’t wait for the next book.

WTA... OMG.

That ending just gave me goodebumps and I am RUNNING to book five to fins out whats next!

The story pivots from Ryth and her brothers to her fellow Order captive, Vivienne, and her guardian, London.

Look, the first three books really should have weeded out any tirggers, but guys, there are new ones in here so check those first.

The Order owns her, and has essentially placed her in the care of London St James, who we met as a terrifying, blunt, rough character in previous books. Whats more, is he has two sons - who we have also met - and they are far more complex and tied into the underlying story than you initially expect.

But his goals to possess Vivienne run far deeper than even she could understand, and through this book we get a few glimpses of the horrifying scale of the orders operations and reach.

No wonder there are 9 books, this story is just getting started!

As expected A.k Rose has done it again.
Holy heck my filthy soul is deprived and i NEED MORE!!!! London and the "sons" are everything. The spice and plot ratio is absolute perfection. I cannot wait to see what happens to Vivienne and what lengths they guys will go to to get her back 🖤

“I don’t… I don’t know how to touch something so perfect.”

5⭐️ The complexities and depth of these characters is next level compared to the first in the trilogy. I am loving this one even more and I love the first one. They are such a delicate balance of intricate characters. There’s so much trauma and backstory here. They’re so intriguing, they're so dynamic. I’m obsessed with them all and there’s twins. Did I tell you there’s twins there’s twins!

The spice in this also went next level with the apparatus that’s involved. Goodness the daddy angle as well. Just added this extra layer of taboo which I am here for. There’s a few interesting surprises in the spice as well which I was not mad about.

Wow this author has brought this story to amazingly high levels of darkness and twisted turns. This is Vivienne and the start of her journey with London, Colt and Carven. This storm of a dark world pulls you into the controlling life that Vivienne is supposed to be living. Vivienne is a survivor and will define against London and the boys. Vivienne starts getting information on the ins and outs of what London and the boys life was like. Vivienne is the light of their darkness and shows them love that they have never received. Their is crumbs picked up and being put together through out this series and answered some questions that are left unanswered. This is another amazing read that has me hooked and can’t wait to read book 5.

Just when you think you have this all figured out – you really don’t! This story focuses more on Vivienne, London, Carven, and Colt. The chemistry is there, it is just drawn out to make you appreciate the story more! We learn more about the Order, King and unfortunately, the witch Ophelia. Talk about a bunch of sick mf’s! The things that Ophelia has done to Colt and Carven makes me wish for her to die a slow, painful, and eventful death – at least 10 times over!

This book has it all – but when you see the bond form between the main characters and the fact that London will do anything for his family will make your heart melt! It does end on a cliffhanger and boy, let me tell you, I cannot wait for the next book. Will all our questions be answered? Will the King be found? Will the contracts be broken, and will Vivienne get to have her family? Drama, passion, violence, lies, deception, betrayal, twists, and turns – it’s all in here. Great job on this series so far! Ohmygod! I loved this book! This book picks up right where the 3rd book in the series ends but instead of Ryth and her boys we are now following Vivienne as our FMC!

This book had everything in it! We learnt a bit more about the plot line but still not enough! I am hooked with this series! The plot and twists and turns keep you hooked not wanting to put the book down but then the spice ohmygod the spice 🥵🥵🥵🥵

London is hot af! And I love seeing him come apart and lose himself when it comes to Viv!

Also twins! Colt and Carven. Colt I love so far he is my fav and I want to protect him at all costs. I like Carven I hope we get a bit more depth into his character as the series goes on!

Vivienne is a badass, strong and a fighter, I love her!

The cliffhanger ending to this book has me picking up the next one straight away!

Do check the trigger warnings before reading as this is dark but I definitely recommend this series and it definitely needs to be read in order or you are just going to be missing so much.

A step up

Following on directly from Ours, this story is a step up from that trilogy set. The pacing is much better and the flow is seamless, the author nailed it with this one. 😍 I love these characters and the way that they're all connected by their pasts in more than one way. Lots of mystery to uncover and because of the way that London goes about things, it almost reads a bit like a crime fiction...just from the pov of the bad guys. 😈 The tension in this is incredible, wall to wall action and it's an absolute page turner, killed me to put it down and everything I did inbetween reading was done with the sole purpose of getting back to it. That being said, time for the next book. 😉

*ARC Review*

I can always count on this author to deliver an amazingly written book! This was so packed with new information, and twists that I did not see coming. I am absolutely loving this series so far. Books 1-3 follow a different set of characters, but I would still recommend reading them before reading this one. In my opinion, you will be a bit lost if you jump straight into this one. This does end on a cliffy as it's not a finished series yet. As always make sure to check TWs, this series does have a lot of dark themes in it.

This was a fantastic book! I had a really hard time putting this book down. I would recommend reading the first 3 books before jumping into this one as it might make more since doing so. This is a dark book so please read the TW but what this brings for Vivienne, London, Carven and Colt is amazing. I can't wait to for the next book as this one ends on a cliffhanger.

Idk, I didn’t really get it? Maybe that’s bc I read the fourth book without even considering the other three books before it. But like the synopsis made it seem like it was a standalone in a bigger series? I’m confused. Idk why I finished it like I could’ve just stopped and read the other books but whatever. It was kinda weird. Not gonna finish the series

This book picked up right where the last one ended. The story was amazing, as always, and the narrators brought the suspense, terror, and all of the other emotions out in ways that hit different. I sincerely hope Orcus Auditory and Ana Cole narrate the next book.

London & his boys are 🔥. & Viv is there to make sure they know she isn’t going down without a fight!

That’s what I love about A.K. Rose, she writes bad*** women, they may be timid at first — but then they eventually come into themselves and don’t take sh**.

We saw a glimpse of London, Viv and the boys in the first three books of the Blood Ties series but now it’s just about them. And let me tell you, this book was no different. Secrets, plot twist, a puzzle you are so desperately trying to figure out, and all the Rose spice and filth you can imagine! 😈🖤

Can I just say I’m so obsessed with this world Atlas has created?!

Vivienne definitely earned her nickname Wildcat. She is defiant and pushes London to his limits. I love how much fight she has in her & how her body can’t deny that she wants these men.

And the tension between Vivienne and London??? Oh MY GODDDDD. 😩😩 I was not ready when it came to his filthy mouth 🫠 and don’t even get me started on the basement 😮‍💨he is so much more than he lets on & I really can’t wait to see more of his other side come out!!

Carven and Colt.. the Sons. My precious babies 🥹 & even though I’m calling them precious, they are the total opposite of that term. Haha. Even just getting glimpses of what happened to them had me wanting to get revenge on their behalf. I loved the instant connection Colt & Vivienne shared. It was just so special 😭 also really looking forward to seeing how Carven will open up more!

I’m just really excited for the next book 🥹🥹

Okay, first off, I loved everything about this book! I have loved the entire series so far but this is definitely my favorite! Vivian is a spitfire and I loved her determination and will to fight! She is willing to do anything and everything for those she cares about, even at the cost of sacrificing herself. The dynamic between her London and his sons was explosive. She didn’t want to give in and they just wanted to use her, but the chemistry and tension was undeniable.

I don’t want to give too much away but let’s just say between the spice and the stress my heart was ready to give up on me! I love the relationship she shared with Colt probably the most! With all the trauma he has faced in his life he deserves something or rather someone who can make him happy and bring him out of his shell! I am dying to see if her relationship will blossom with Carven, I already know that’s going to be explosive! Lastly, we have London and all I can really say there is he is Daddy 😈🧎‍♀️

This was some of my favorite spice in the series so far! I was constantly having to fan myself and if you’ve read the other books you already know the series is very spicy! Some of the scenes though…good gracious 🫠🥵🥵

Overall, I highly recommend this series but especially this book! You get twins, age gap, and some why choose action without the family. What more could you want?! 😏

It does end on a cliffhanger so be prepared!😮‍💨
