I got so sucked into this story that I read it twice in 2 days. Reading this book feels like turning on the television and watching the news as far as mindsets go. It has a very real feeling even with the monsters. The leaders are all hat and no cattle because everyone wants to be king but nobody wants to give in, listen, coordinate, or work with any other country. I anticipated this book for so long and it doesn’t disappoint! I get the same thrill as attending my first horror flick – edge of my seat, eyes closed…no open…no closed, cockroaches in my stomach feeling, eyes…closed…no open…no closed, yelling out loud for my heroes and heroines, spilling my popcorn... I got to the end and wanted to shake it for one more chapter. Read it….Start at Book One.

Although I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get into book 10 as I'm not a very big "political" reading my thoughts surprisingly changed. It seemed a bit "real/current" to the news (but I prefer this version better 😉 ). Another great add on to a series that ends with me wanting more. 😀

You won't be disappointed, I promise!

Great continuation to the series. Love the writing and the characters. Cant wait to see how it ends. You really care about the characters and hope they prevail. Cant wait to read the next one.

I was amazingly fortunate to receive a copy to read. I've read all 9 previous entries and eagerly anticipated this release.. This book covers the struggle of the US command to come together and find compromise to meet the threat of the cronux. It is so well written that you find yourself wanting to knock heads together and tell them to "straighten up and get it together". The political in-fighting feels all too current and believable. The factions that are so polarized that they refuse on principle to give any ground - yeah. That's very real.

The steadfast and honorable Kota Endo is featured. There aren't many characters that I feel almost like they are a good friend, but he's one; I'm glad he's still with us this trip. I have my personal favorites - Alice, Roles, and even Miles. They are all here for you to continue to cheer (or jeer) for.

Like the installments before, the ride is intense and pulls you in for the duration. Not to be missed. While these are written as a serial, the story is solid and you could still enjoy it without having read the previous books. Loved it!

Failed States of America Book 10, don't miss it!

Another excellent installment in the Reality Bleed series. The battle and wit of the alien predators continues to advance and frustrate the human population. Power is very alluring to some, including allowing themselves to be infected. A number of familiar characters are in Failed States of America, including Alice. This book has a lot of action and a more intimate look into the minds of the Archon and the Janissary. If you have read the other books in the series, you will enjoy Book 10.

Worthy continuation of the Reality Bleed series, I thoroughly enjoyed it. If anything I wish it was a bigger book, but it's about the same length as the other Reality Bleed books. Can't wait for when this story is made into a movie.
