Justine and his friends travel to Baltimore to join the Marines after graduating high school. Before enlisting, they plan to have a good time. They follow a pair of women who are holding hands as they walk. Determined to straighten these women out, they push them into an alley. Their fun is interrupted by the police. Justin manages to escape, thanks to a beautiful woman willing to hide him from the cops. The woman is a witch. Maybe Justin doesn’t really escape?
