With humor, heart, and a lovable canine sidekick, Lost and Hound is a cozy mystery that will keep you guessing until the very end.
Fun Cozy Mysteries, Paranormal Mysteries (with a fantasy twist) all set on the Florida Coast. A Romantic Christian Series, with a strong sense of family set in upstate New York. These are the stories Victoria writes.
A hopeless animal lover, Victoria adds plenty of cats and dogs in each book, and her love of gardening shows through the characters. As a storyteller, it is important for Victoria to draw the reader into the story; to make you feel the sultry tropical heat or the numbing cold of the north.
Victoria and her husband live in South Florida and own a landscape garden service. Two feisty cats make themselves at home, usually on her desk as she writes.
A lover of a good mystery, she is an avid reader and likes to be outdoors. When she is not reading, you may find her working on a needlepoint project.
This was very interesting. I enjoy Archie little bulldog pup. I had a feeling who the killer was but did not expect a second accomplice. I did listen to this, and the narrator was very robotic and not very interesting. But I pushed through the story because I wanted to know who killed the main character. I give this a 3.5 because of listening to it and the narrator who read the story was not great.

I loved how it started with Archie the dog. In my opinion, having an active pet always adds an extra layer to the story, and extra fun. He was the star of the story, although Storm herself was of course also very important. And also her team of helpers. The POV came from Storm mainly, but every now and then we got glimpses of other people’s thoughts, like from the detective and Storm’s father. That ensured that we got all sides of the story. The three Musketeers! What a great team they make. And don’t forget about Storm’s employees, they’re fun! A well-developed, enjoyable story!
