I thought this was such a cute romance. Grace has crushed on Austin for years, and have finally returned home. She runs into Austin, and sparks fly between them. There is the complication that Grace’s brother is Austin’s best friend, but also that they both want different things from life. These two will need to work together to get to the same place before they can reach their HEA.

Austin is Grace's brother's best friend and an NFL hockey star. Grace has been in love with him for years and took a chance and kissed him. He rejected her, but there was a look in his eyes that she couldn't quite understand. She left to wander the world but, when she was robbed, she came home, vowing she'd never put herself into that position again. Austin is home for vacation and her feelings haven't changed one bit and she takes another chance and kisses him. This time, she has his interest, but he's interested in a relationship, not just a one-night-stand. Grace freaks out because she's afraid of getting trapped into a relationship that would box her in and take away all of her freedoms. I didn't like her at all. She was so stubborn and tunnel visioned that she couldn't open her eyes to see what was right in front of her. Austin offered his life, she shot him down. Once he talks her into meeting him in the middle, she pushes him away because it's not enough. Austin is a great character, a wonderful boyfriend and Grace is simply a wuss. It's well-written, but the story doesn't live up to the premise.

This was a really disappointing last book. There was no point to it really.

Austin wont do anything to Grace unless she commits to him and Grace doesn't want to commit because her parents divorced so obvs that's what happens in all marriages. They have sex anyway even though she wont commit to him but yet she moves in with him and follows him on his away games.

Grace is a little annoying with all her feminism. I'm all for girl power but having a boyfriend doesn't make you less of a woman.

Her brother is clearly an idiot. He never even asked her where she was while she was living with his best friend but he didn't cause any drama so plus for that.

Then its over and what i wrote above is all that happens. Oh and its done at 75% and there's like 4 chapters from the new book series.

It was not a great way to end a series and its a shame because i enjoyed them for the most part

Austin: A Brother's Best Friend Romance, Bad Boys of Hockey was such a sweet story. Grace took a chance kissing Austin and he rejected her twice. Austin wants Grace but she’s a free spirit and he only wants her if it’s forever. Will Grace be able to commit or will her fear keep them apart? I just loved this story. It was very sweet and I loved the characters. I’m hoping there will be more in the series. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is the 7th book in this series, and this is Austin and Grace’s story. Grace is the sister is Austin’s best friend, and when she took a chance and kissed him in high school, he rejected her, and she has spent the past 6-years avoiding him. When they cross paths again, the sparks fly, but will Grace take a chance of Austin? This is a well written story which is sweet, and with twists, emotions, romance, a tad suspense, and love, which leads to an entertaining and compelling page turner.

Great read

Fun, entertaining read! Austin is in love with his best friend's little sister, has been for years but Grace has been out seeing the world, she's a free spirit. When being robbed in a foreign country has her flying back to her hometown on her brother's dime big questions play on her mind. But when impulsive kisses open old feelings and an offer to follow Austin gives them time to explore but commit, not Grace's thing. Humor, family and heat makes for an engaging read!

This is a best friends little sister meets hockey book but with a different slant. The conflict is due to Grace and Austin's differing life goals and personalities. Its very sweet and leans wholesome.
