First of all, I'm just going to say it...Kevin Emerson, you're amazing. This is the 5th book of the Oliver Nocturne series and probably by far the best one! There are a lot of unexpected twists and shocking moments. I'm so thankful Kevin Emerson decided to write a 6th book! I highly recommend writing to him if you are a die hard Oliver Nocturne fan like me! His email is telegramforkevin@gmail.com

The Darkening Ball is growing ever closer. Time is running out for Oliver to prevent his place in the prophecy. When a member of the Brotherhood approaches Oliver and his friends, they are stunned to find out that there is a backup plan if Oliver fails to do his part in the Anointment.

Emalie's Orani gifts have grown beyond imagination. She's developed connections with powerful demons who aid her in her quest for knowledge. Through one of her connections, she is able to create a safe place for her, Oliver, and Dean to escape to for private discussions.

It's only when all those connected in some way to the prophecy are present for the Anointment that secrets and mysteries are revealed. Those that have been missing are returned, and part of the history of the Architects is learned.

I was expecting THE ETERNAL TOMB to be the final book in the OLIVER NOCTURNE series, but with the way Mr. Emerson leaves the ending, it is wide open for more from Oliver and his friends. I for one want to find out if the prophecy gets fulfilled or if Oliver and Emalie are successful with their plans.

Please, Mr. Emerson, continue the saga of Oliver for us!
