Omg! Insta-fast attraction
Jack and Vanessa are tired of looking for love in the conventional way so they hire the matchmaking services of Raven Swann to help them out. Once they meet they feel instant attraction, but they have to overcome some fears before reaching their HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

"It's not cheating if we both win."
A Solid Plan is the fourteenth book in the Modern Match-Maker Romance series and it is a charming and delightful read. Jack Bragg has a plan to find the love an family he wants....he hires a very successful matchmaker Raven Swann. He and his business partner/ best friend own a successful architecture company. He has watched Brad fall in love with the outrageous Gracie and start a family, and been a bit jealous of the whole thing. Vanessa Leads has decided to give up dating all together, especially after the latest disaster. For her it has just become too painful even though she would like love and a family. So when she decides to hire a matchmaker she is hoping the best but not sure exactly what will happen. Raven's matchmaking rests on her client's having "teams" who will interview the potential matches and then pick the best one for them. Thus a year later find Jack and Vanessa meeting for the first time. They are both attracted to each other, actually he literally loses the ability to talk and think when he sees Van for the first time. The first meeting, as a group playing Bocci, goes well. A second date is arranged and Jack is a perfect gentleman, even though he wants to throw her over his shoulder and take her back to his place. For Van though the sparks are there for not the fireworks anymore. When Jack does not even try to kiss his goodnight it cements the feeling of easiness that she feels around him. They are expected to get engaged and married, but will this be a match made in heaven or will they need a "do over" by Raven? I think it will take one great, toe curling, light your body on fire, short circuit your mind, kiss. But will Jack be able to deliver this to set Van on fire for him.....
I am really happy that Rocklyn has given us another wonderful match-maker book. The story is beautifully written and I loved the characters, including the always slightly off romantic Gracie. This story proves that sometimes all it takes is one great kiss to really make you fall in love and know it is forever. I loved this book and can't wait for the next in this series.

Vanessa was sick of dates that didn't lead to anything. Her expectations always ended up on the floor, so she wasn't willing to put in any more work for it. Jack had realized that he longed to have a family of his own and felt ready for it, but how to make a good decision? One of the things I liked about this story is that the protagonists must deal with their doubts and dare to take a chance. They felt real. Jack was testing the waters most of the time and had me intrigued waiting to see what he would do and on the other hand Vanessa was trying to put the brakes on herself. Funny woman! They made me chuckle many times. They look like a lot of people I know. Entertaining the development of the story and how the relatives are involved in the process. I loved the idea of the red heels. Brenda, you rock! Good to keep that in mind for the future. Some suspense, family relationships, emotions, funny scenes, romance and passion.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "A SOLID PLAN" This a always an interesting series meet you natch by going to a March Maker Service to find the right one after giving up trying, sick of daring scene looking for something new.
Vanessa & Jack want to settle down have a family both are so frustrated with dating scene & against the advice of their family & friends going to a Match Making Service to find your the one they don't agree but they want to try it out.
Vanessa & Jack have their first date things go well there a few mishaps family & friends trying up help but not their chemistry is great their made for each other.
I definitely recommend to get this delightful story following Vanessa & Jack's journey to find love with their friends & family putting in their two cents you'll love this book so well worth the read you so won't be disappointed.

I adore these matchmaker reads, no fuss, no muss, no drama, no conflicts and great characters.
Both Jack and Vanessa are tired of the dating scene but want to settle down, so they turn to Raven for their assistance and ask their friends and family to chose the match for them. After a year of narrowing down on both sides, Jack and Vanessa have their first meet and it goes nicely. But there is some hesitation from one of their parties that think it’s not the best match…will they still move forward and go with what they both want.
A great easy read to relax with and to escape from the world with great characters, no drama, some steam and a story that flows nicely without skipping a beat.

I enjoyed this story. It was quick and pretty light hearted though our characters were taking things very seriously. They were both ready to be done with the dating world and wanted something series and lasting. They had to learn to work on their communications a little bit but I loved the way that they interacted and joked with each other. They built that easy going, comfortable relationship really quickly and lost a little of that initial 'tear your clothes off' energy that they had at first sight but only for a little bit. Nothing too major happens between the two to tear them apart so nice and light in that regard though they do still get in their heads as is easy to do with a new relationship. I enjoyed the story.

A fun match-maker series. Each story is a quick read with romance, some steam, and fun characters. This is my honest opinion, freely given.
Jack and Vanessa are tired of trying to find love the old fashion way. They both decide to hire Raven Swann who is a very successful marriage broker.
Jack has been watching his best friend/ business partner’s happiness and he wants his own too. Meanwhile Vanessa has been on way too many horrible dates she wishes for someone else to handle the elimination process for her. While everything is moving along perfectly a bit of miscommunication, superstitions, and a friend with good intentions might mess everything up for the matched couple.

It's been a hot minute since we were last graced with a Raven Swann Modern Match-Maker Romance and it has been much too long! I have sorely missed these books.
Independently, Jack and Vanessa both just want to be happily married and with kids without having to go through all of the work and frequent disappointments that come with dating. Can their matchmaking teams directed by Raven bring them together in order to find their HEA? "A Solid Plan" is another sweet and slightly saucy tale by author Rocklyn Ryder that is worthy of escaping for a night amongst its pages. This book is full of likeable, fun characters who will steal your heart. A definite must read!

Vanessa and Jack are both at the points in their lives where they’re ready to settle down, but a string of terrible prospects has them on the verge of giving up. Can the Raven Swann agency make the difference in their romantic lives they’re looking for? I love everything about this series. The books are always spicy but just so very sweet. This story is pretty low angst, but what there is, is very realistic. I think a lot of us can relate to that obsessive hamster wheel of doubts running in the back of our minds. I kind of don’t care what comes next in the series, I already can’t wait to get my hands on it.

Rocklyn Ryder's Modern Matchmaker books are quick reads full of fun. Characters are great. Just wish there was a real Ravin Swan. I know several singles who could use her services.

They both managed to stumble upon Raven Swan's agency and enlist their friends and family for their teams, even though the friends and family think they are a bit crazy going this route. And it takes them a year to get the right match, but another success.

They hit it off from the beginning, like they have known each other more than just a couple hours. It is comfortable, but is it to comfortable. Are they the perfect match?

Neither Jack nor Vanessa have had any luck finding their life partners so they both go to Raven's matchmaking service to find their partners. Each chose their part to help pick the right person, but why did the wife of Jack's best friend have reservations? Jack and Vanessa seem to be taking getting to know each other rather slowly, which leaves Vanessa wondering if Jack is backing out of their relationship. Will this relationship be a Raven fail?

What a great read from start to finish. I have missed this series and I have missed this author. I loved Vanessa and Jack's story. They are both at a point in their lives where they want to settle down and get married. They both go to Raven's matchmaking service for help with this. I don't wanna spoil the book with telling you anymore then that. I suggest you pick this up because you will not want to miss a minute of it. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I absolutely LOVE these matchmaking stories!!!! I hope Rocklyn Ryder never stops.
Vanessa has simply had it with dating, especially with her most recent attempt... seriously, dude talked about his poo. So matchmaking it is!
Jack sees how happy his business partner is with his wife and daughter, he just wants that happily ever after too.
I love seeing how these two get together with the help of family and friends. Once he had his plan in place, there was no stopping him.

A Solid Plan
So brutal honesty...I hated everything about this Raven match until about the 65% mark. I really wasn't feeling either character or their team. It wasn't until they both finally relaxed and had some dialog between the two of them that I felt a connection. It was then that everything clicked for me with the story. I think I just wanted more interaction with just them and less of the team. I also missed Raven!! I always love when she pops up in the story. A very happily ever after!!

**I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book** Rocklyn has done it again!! I continue to absolutely love the Modern Match-Maker Romance series!! Each one gets better and better. In this story, we have Vanessa and Jack. Both are ready to find their "one" but have been unsuccessful so far and they are tired of wasting more time so they have decided to get help from Raven Swann. Will there be a HEA? Knowing Rocklyn and this series, you can probably already figure it out. I love these books and I hope Rocklyn keeps writing them. This is a must read!!

It’s been a hot minute since we had a new book from Rocklyn Ryder and it was worth the wait. What works for me is that her men want to be married. They’re ready for it. Jack is ready to settle down and so he hires Raven, our match maker. Vanessa is done with dating, too and is ready to skip to the marriage part. Hence she hires a match maker. Sounds like a solid plan. But there’s always a curve ball in there.

Tired of the dating scene, a match maker is the logical choice to find the one, but it seems just as stressful to figure things out after the match as before. Vanessa knows what she wants and how she feels towards Jack, but seems to be getting her signals crossed. Jack wants so more but is he moving too fast. It may be a sure deal, but still doubts arise. Love the story and people, another great romance.

let’s cheat

A Solid Plan, is witty- heartfelt and spicy. A great and winning combination even if there’s a bit of cheating involved. Anything to win right?. The characters feel real and that’s what makes this this book a feel good book.

I love that the friends/family chosen to pick the match are so committed and helpful to the process. I am so enamored with this series of matchmaking. It's full of of humor and feel good moments, and I've missed that. If you need a lift,grab this book asap! Vanessa and Jack made the perfect match.

I love this series and was so excited to read another match-maker story. Jack and Vanessa's story was so sweet. They're both ready to settle down and just need that extra help finding the one. Raven never lets anyone down, even if things may seem a little slow at the beginning. I loved this couple.

What a fun series!
Jack and Vanessa both want something more out of life. Tired of the dating scene. They each decide Raven Swann and her match making abilities are exactly what they are looking for. What a great quick read! I love Rocklyn Ryder's Modern Match-Maker series and Jack and Vanessa were no exception. I loved their connection they had. I loved watching Jack try to navigate getting to know her and be so kind and considerate and holding his wants and desires back. I loved both of their families and friends as well and how they encouraged them. Great read!!

I really like Rocklyn Ryder’s books a lot. Some more than others. While I did very much enjoy, A Solid Plan, it’s not one of my favorites. This being said, there area whole lot more to read and enjoy!

Another great story!
I'm as big fan of Rocklyn Ryder. Her stories are always sweet and hot.
A Solid Plan is a quick read. The h and H made me a little nervous in the middle of the book, but they got it together and got their HEA.
Definitely a great read.

This was Jack & Vanessa’s story. Hiring a professional match-maker seems like a solid plan, but will they miss out on their happily ever after when a close friend disagrees with their match? This was an intriguing read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

Slow Start
They both are so ready to get married. Their teams are slow to get on board but once the process gets going all’s well. Despite a couple bumps the couple are endearing and real. There are moments of laughter, insecurity and a lot of chemistry. I love the ending!
