As a sensitive, you are wired differently, which requires a specific inner healing approach.
Being an empath or a highly sensitive person is a gift. Not a disorder or diagnosis.
Elaine Aaron (expert in the research of Highly Sensitive People) discovered that 15-20% of the population are highly sensitive.

A very short listen (3 hours ish) but an interesting discussion on sensitives, highly sensitive people (HSPs) and empaths. I never knew there was a difference and now I realize that I am most likely not an empath, but a sensitive. The book also gives highly practical suggestions to manage your nervous system and emotions, as well as offers some guided meditations. Overall, not much new for me, but would probably be helpful to somebody brand new to stress management.
