Sharing my favorite scene: (The Ending)

Han looked down at Madeleine before he stood to go help Fliss outside.
She was right and she was wrong.

Fliss had already upended things, but Madeleine and Wistrell would certainly carry on the tradition

And while some might think Wistrell was the more obviously dangerous of the two, he caught the gleam in Madeleine's eyes, heard her clear delight, which resonated with every gyra in his blood, and knew they would be wrong.

Because he would do anything to allow this baby to thrive.
And that would go even more so for when it was a child of his own.

Fjern was going to change, or the Gyr would change it for them.
