Becoming a Promotable Woman

Rate this book
How can you tell the difference between a "dead-end" job and one that leads to a position of leadership? You need to learn how to "read" organizational cultures and how to deal with the stereotypes found there. It is hard enough for a woman to get ahead in her career -- it takes more than competence, assertiveness, and commitment. You need to learn how to work effectively with the organizational culture, and just as importantly, get beyond your own self-limiting beliefs.
