Cute!! Unexpectedly more 'mature' than the usual manhwas I read. Lovable characters, romance from the get go, great art, solid plot. I wish there was more explanation for the side characters because there were hints at things from the past that were never resolved, but it didn't really add to the main plot. Actually now that I'm thinking about it, there was SO much that was never explained, even with the main characters...but I enjoyed it anyway. Would def re-read

Aww, It's hard to say goodbye to the best FL ever in manhwa. This was such a sweet, fluffy, steamy and full of angst romance 🤧
THE STORY AND THE CHARACTERS:
How much you would like this manwha will depend on what you expect. Therefore, if you are expecting some actual plot, drama after drama, a great world building and over the top complex characters with over the top/tragic sad stories, tea parties and toxic relationships don't read this.
This is a very very very sweet love story, with a protagonist that isn’t oblivious, knows what she wants and also knows how to have a mature relationship with the male lead. There is no love triangle, no annoying misunderstandings or stupid conflicts that last whole season. We are all here for the interactions between the leads, Yunifer and Ishid, which were solid and heart warming since the beginning 🥰 While towards the end the story went from being relationship focused to ending up also having a meaty plot, I must emphasize that the story is focused most of the time on leads falling in love and lusting after each other in a really really cute way.
I'm so happy that finally we have an author who understands that you don’t need an abusive ML, a stupid, naive and virginal FL, and misunderstandings at every step to create a romance story. Both leads know what they want, they have qualities and flaws, not everyone « falls » for them, and they just have a decently healthy romance with each other.
They, and all the other characters are so mature in this that the story was really fun to read. I must also add that even though there are some sexy and steamy scenes between the leads, they are not too graphic 🔥🔥🔥I loved seeing the leads giving realistic affection to each other (which is so freaking rare it makes me cry).
I also loved seeing that this story did not go with the cliche ''villainess plot''. Even though our female lead reincarnated to the story and was aware of the og!plot, she said screw it and continued on with her relationship with the male lead without all the "oh he's going to leave me for the og!FL so I shouldn't keep him close" bullshit!!! ƪ(♥ﻬ♥)ʃ I loved seeing the female lead quickly giving up on the original plot of the book!
I also loved the fact that FL is the healthiest romantic partner you could ever had! She manages to solve ML's fears and insecurities without hurting him. This made me question the power of communication because if there were something better than green flags, she would be a GOLDEN FLAG. Brave, gentle, observant, unique and independent. Literally all the good traits you'd want in ANY partner.
The ML is so cute and just as the FL, despite his HUGE childhood trauma, he is also a green flag :)
Very protective but not too jealous to hurt or bother FL, also observant, brave gentle, not afraid to show his feelings (which is rare for such strong MLs) and SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL. I know beautiful is used to describe women but it feels like handsome is just not enough for our little boy here. He's just lovely, both on the outside and inside.
I think the author really done a great job at writing such a sweet story.
THE ART:
The drawings, the expressions, everything WAS on point. I found myself simping for both ML and FL! . This is the kind of art I prefer and honestly, I think you will like it too :)
The only things I've had the problem with the story was;
- how the side characters was handled/ not handled because some of them such as the crown prince and our FL's father did go through these character growths towards the end but then they were suddenly left without a decent happy ending.
- There were some interesting events which raised questions but when when they weren't resolved or even talked about more than once it kinda leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
OVERALL:
Although the plot is common, I do like how the author executed the story. I like the art style which suit the setting of the story, the pacing is just right, both ML and FL has green flags and comedy is also good. You'll really adore this story if you want a really refreshing and light hearted isekai story.

น่าจะเป็นเรื่องแรก ๆ ที่คนแนะนำให้อ่านเพราะฉากโป๊555 และลายเส้นเรื่องนี้ไม่พูดไม่ได้ เอกลักษณ์มาก เส้นดูธรรมดานะ แต่วาดนางเอกโคตรสวย เป็นเส้นที่ไม่ได้สม่ำเสมออะ ไม่ต่อเนื่องกัน เส้นมีขาด ๆ เกิน ๆ อย่างตั้งใจ ที่ทำให้ภาพรวมดันออกมาดีและดึงดูดสายตามาก ไม่ได้รู้สึกว่าเป็นงานเผาเลย เป็นนักวาดที่ลายเส้นมีเสน่ห์สุด ๆ แต่เรื่องบทก็นะ สาวเกาหลีเข้าร่างนางร้ายเผลอเมาแล้วได้กับพระเอก แล้วเขาดันมาคลั่งรักติดใจอะ ก็เลยต้องได้กันไปตามวาระโอกาส รออีกสักแป๊บเดี๋ยวเขาก็เจอนางเอกของเขาเนอะ หารู้ไม่ว่าเธอได้ขโมยบทนางเอกมาแล้ว พล็อตเบสิคคค

so. freaking. adorable!!!!!! i loved yunifer and ishid!!!!! omg, the communication, the visual, the love. everything was done perfectly. i appreciated that there was no third party involved (i don’t think ishid would even allow that to happen.) ishid had a rough childhood – with his father blaming him for killing his mother and then the trauma of witnessing his father’s death and, on top of that, the emperor was an abusive tyrant. he grew up fearing his fire powers and stayed away from yunifer even though he was interested in her.
fast forward, at a ball, they met and had a one night stand which yunifer wanted to pretend it’s all a mistake since ishid will be meeting the actual female lead one year from now. however, ishid’s reactions melted her and they started dating. i loved ishid’s contrast when he’s with yunifer vs when he’s with other people. they had never truly seen him happy or smiling prior to yunifer. his trauma due to his childhood was pretty upsetting and i loved that yunifer slowly healed him by showing him that he is loved and is loveable.
as for yunifer, she was transmigrated into the novel but adjusted pretty quickly. i liked that she is headstrong and kind. she knew when she needs to give space for ishid and when she could push him a little bit more. her relationship with her father is quite sad as well. i think it’s hard for him to reconcile with his past guilt, but yunifer is showing him that everything is okay and that they can move forward together. she truly healed many people throughout the book.
i kinda wished we had cassian and raella’s story, but i guess it’s just not meant to be. the overall plot of the emperor and the monsters was quite interesting as well, considering i was just looking forward to a fluffy romance. overall, i had so much fun. i finished this so quickly.
definitely one of my favourite manga/webtoon series.

Note: I read this book in a vietnamese version thank to a translator team who took their time and their dedicate to manage all this series to the ending.
So this style of reborn in a character life in a manhwa/cartoon (fiction characters) isn't that super "new new" in manhwa and movies in Korean and Chinese, but I still appreciated this one. Though it had that same motif of having a new reborn villain living a different life and becoming a better version, this one gave you that vibe of a strong and independant young lady with a warm heart and know how to be soft or tough when it needed. A wonderful character indeed and do not never forget all those side characters and male protagonist who brought out such loveable and charisma personality.
A good one to follow indeed, and I'm happy to find out about it. (Though it might be a little bit late to the hype, but well I've already been late to the trend due to my TBR self clearance goal so being more late is gonna be fine)

I am reading things so fast, not even bothering to review them once I have read it and it's become a troublesome habit now. Let's get on with the review. :)
A Korean woman wakes up as Yuniper in her favorite novel, but she is here way early. Her entire plot in the novel is that of a villainess who harasses the pretty sweet heroine and dies by the hands of the hero. But Yuniper is determined not to die here when she finally has powers, and she is pampered. So, she avoids getting in troubles. Surprisingly though, she wakes up in the bed of the ML she should have avoided to avoid death altogether. Turns out the ML is as much into her as she is into him. The sexual tension is amazingly captured and will leave you wanting more. ;)
Overall, a beautiful manhwa with wonderful character growth & the heroine and villainess aren't trying to kill each other for once. Does it for me. Of course, an eye-candy hero and his wonderful character makes it more worth.

Omfg, tak cute! <3 Doslova dokonalý příklad zdravého vztahu. A realistická ukázka toho, že i přes lásku obou to nemusí vždy vyjít. A nikdy bych neřekla, že si tak oblíbím ptáčka Rayu! Tolik cute momentů, že bych se klidně sama vrhla do vztahu. <3 Ugh, moje srdce to nevydrží. <3 Jinak ten císař mě štval. Říkala jsem si, proč to hned nevyřeší jeho smrtí, naštěstí jsem se dočkala. :) Kresba taky úžasná mimochodem. Taky jsem nečekala tolik steamy scén. :D

A simple Korean lady transmigrates into a novel as Yunifer. Without the aid of her host body’s memories or a cheat system, she does her best to accept her new reality and avoid interactions with the main characters to avoid a deadly fate. She completes her aristocracy training and utilizes water magic in a small medical clinic. However, readers join her after a night of heavy drinking and a hookup. She is horrified to discover she is in the bed of Duke Ishid. She becomes worried that some events are predestined in this world but as he insists on a relationship rather than a one night stand she calculates she has ten months before he meets Raelle, the heroine. As long as they break up by then things should be fine.

The premise and character setup in this manga/webtoon are fine. I appreciate that it a calm approach to sexual relationships in general and it does not leave strange misunderstandings as the angsty backdrop for our couple. They often have mature discussions about self-expression, respectful boundaries, and emotional reactions to events. Our traumatized male lead and warm hearted lady are given time to develop actual feelings beyond lust or plot devices. While not particularly memorable or impressive, the artwork is solid and consistent throughout. However, I feel like the writing starts to fall apart in season two. The established villains—which do not match the novel tropes described—suddenly just go away. The strained relationship with her father is given context but not resolved. Raelle disappears into the background. The magical artifact recovered from the strange monster Nial is left unexplained as well. It seems there was cause to rush the ending and the happy ending of Ishid and Yunifer was given priority. That wasn’t necessarily a bad choice, but it does mean other things suffer as a result.

this was AMAZING. loved the overall development! the sexual tension was killing me for real, lol. it had its funny moments, too! i’d definitely consider reading it again. :)
update: now that the bonus chapters have been released about a year or so later, i’m even more content. i missed these characters!!!

This was a refreshing read. The most memorable part was when we see our newly reincarnated villain waking up to a one night stand with the Duke (the same one that she fought over to the point that she was killed). She's reincarnated 1 year before her tragic end and things are definitely turning out differently. Other than that, I'm afraid I don't remember much so it wasn't memorable.

7.5/10! The story was cute and all and I loved how such of a green flag ishid was, he was so in love with Yunnifer. They’re love story was definitely very romantic but I didn’t find anything that would WOW me. It’s a very good story to pass the time!

Read in English finished them all today (7th April 2024) it was sweet, strong fl, isekai, good communication and nice art. There were somethings that I wish had more development and I wonder what her stone turning red meant at the end, I wonder if it’s a hint to the next series or smth.

Simplemente amé esta historia, me encantó la relación entre ambos protagonistas, no hay problemas entre ellos y superan las dificultades juntos, totalmente recomiendo tanto la historia como el manhwa 🫶🏻

It’s a silly goofy webtoon, just the way I like it.
I usually don’t enjoy reading the isekai genre, but this one has a protagonist I truly enjoy; if Yunifer was a character in a horror movie and knew she was a character in a horror movie, she would definitely be able to survive.
