This is an amazing read; like previous books the writer frames the information with clear explanations. I particularly found her explanations of toxic thought, co dependency and narcissism useful. Her takeaways at the end of every chapter and use of grid exercises were really useful to me. The dichotomous negative self-talk that she suggests should be reframed and its examples were really useful to me in my search in how to change my mindset. The above in addition to chapter 7 were invaluable in my self help work. Recommended reading for those looking to reframe their behaviour and thoughts.
