Interdimensional Encounters: Tales of Interdimensional Entities and Their Trespass into Our World

Rate this book
The world is so much bigger than we can ever imagine. Learn more about tales of interdimensional entities and their trespass into our world.

Have you ever wondered if something could pass from one dimension of space and time to another? We think we live in a finite world, but it only seems so because of our own limited perceptions. This book seeks to open those doors of perception so we can begin to see the bigger picture. Let’s expand the limits of our very consciousness as we entertain mind-bending concepts such as parallel universes, time warps, and the potential for the interdimensional intervention of the highest order.

What of the many accounts of strange—and apparently interdimensional—beings that have suddenly popped into our reality? Is it truly possible for such a thing to occur? This book takes a look at personal accounts of the extradimensional kind and examines the finer details of cutting-edge research into the nature of reality itself. Strap yourself in 'cause you're in for one heck of a ride!

I love his books and definitely think they are the best quick overview books I’ve read. I just really wish they were longer

This is a fascinating book in that it proposes the existence of other dimensions with the possibility of travel between them. Portals, such as those like in the television series Stargate SG-1 might exist naturally which would allow beings from another dimension, a parallel reality or an alternate reality to travel here and then return to their home.

A thing like this could be used to explain some of the unsolved disappearances of some people in the past. The book distinguishes extra-terrestrial from ultra-terrestrial, the later term being used in reference to other dimensions.

There's stories about aliens giving a guy information, someone talking about an apocalyptic future, the Sandman Clown of 1973 (which I found really interesting and I feel a little sorry for him), a clown/scarecrow combination (scary) and others like the Mothman, Shadow People, Elves, Fairies, Bigfoot and Skinwalkers.

The book also includes further readings.

Very interesting and well done.

Short, Interesting stories

This book is easy to read . The author re-tells many stories I know about and some were new to me. It is short on details, rather we get the "gist of the situation", and the finer points of the various encounters is missing. I definitely want more details about both the events and the authenticity of the stories- where he got his information and was it deemed reliable. A reasonable expectation, I think. I see this author is prolific and I intend to read other works, as the subject matter interests me, but I am hoping that there is a little more meat on the bones in the next book...

This book is a very light read, containing a number of short chapters with overviews from reported interdimensional encounters - including some (in) famous anecdotes such as Skinwalker Ranch and the Bigfoot.

Other stories were completely new to me, but again, were light on detail and background. Nevertheless, they made for interesting reading.

However, there are some clear inaccuracies in some of the text, which can cause you to consider the reliability of the book.

Overall, this book contains some interesting stories, but is perhaps too light on detail to be recommended.

Perfect for what it is! Easy read. Short, sweet and to the point. A great introduction to some of the key High Strangeness stories for those unfamiliar. Highly recommend for friends or family who want to get into the weirder side of the paranormal.

One correction: it refers to Robert “Bob” Bigelow as Bruce Bigelow

Very Short

I found this book to be interesting as I have not heard these stories before. Strange but true has been a favorite genre forever, for me. This one could have been longer.
