I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It is crammed with funny little historical tidbits... like how Thomas Jefferson popularized Macaroni and Cheese in the US (well done, Jefferson!) and that there was an 1800s legislator who wanted to call America 'The United States of the Earth' (thinking we would just acquire more nations and add them on). It was also a helpful refresher on how our government system works.

Man, ever read these books? They’re chalked full of information and facts on the government. Not a bad book. Not necessary to read the book cover to cover though. Pick what resonates with you and read it.
