organized lunch in a box

The author explains the Bento Box concept, then provides a year’s worth of recipes to pack in the box. There are also vegan re pies to try. Mix and match for more options.

Some of the recipes are hard to understand and when I purchased I thought there would be 365 recipes for bento. There are only 107 and a good portion are not recipes that most people would not eat as a traditional bento, instead it would have to be reheated or in an insulated jar.

I like the recipes. The recipes at times were hard to understand the process of making it.
