Gods of Rock #2

Dirty Rock

Rate this book
The master of the tease.
The god of rock.
Frontman of the world's most desired band, Youth Gone Wild.
I'm Rhett Ryan, and I get what I want.

Women? They were lining up.
Money? I had enough.
Accolades? My shelves were full
Love? I didn't have time for that.

Not until I had no choice but to pay attention to the last woman I expected to fall for.

My beautiful, sassy publicist, Julia goddamn Speed.

She was a vital part of the band's success, and she was as off-limits as they came. I'd never wanted anything more in my life. But Julia wasn't like the rest, and my advances only pushed her further away. She was the first woman to make me work for it, and Christ, did I suddenly want to work for it!

Even if I knew it would end in disaster.

Even if I knew there would be tears.

I was willing to play dirty to make it happen.

I just had no idea how much I'd change in the process, or how something that had once been my everything would soon become nothing because I'd jumped into the forbidden with her.

Stupid, Reckless Rhett.

“They say all the best records are built with bricks made of heartache.”

Vicki James can certainly tell one hell of a rock star story and has propelled herself onto our list of ‘favourite rock star authors’ with yet another 5 star read in her standalone Rock Star Romance series! We can’t get enough of beautifully engaging words!

For us, this theme must have the perfect balance of rock, romance, angst and emotion. And as much as we crave the emotion of the story, we crave the rock star experience just as much. You know…to live the rock star life with every beat, every song, every performance and every backstage interaction. To feel as though we’re experiencing it firsthand. Did Vicki James achieve this? That would be resounding yes! First with Cherry Beats and now Dirty Rock.

“When you step into the spotlight, you learn how to fight in ways others can’t.”

We first met Rhett in Cherry Beats, and Dirty Rock begins with us going back and briefly meeting Rhett aged 15. Young Rhett is a very different person to the powerhouse that would be frontman Rhett Ryan. Young Rhett strikes a lonely chord. Somewhat of an outcast, bullied, and if not for his best friend Ollie, life for young Rhett would have been even more unbearable. Young Rhett has big dreams for a boy from a small village. He wants to be the next Billie Joe Armstrong, to belt out a tune and fill a stadium. Little did he realise what his wishes would bring…good and bad.

“If you save everyone else, who saves you?”
“I save myself.”

Fast forward to twenty-six-year-old Rhett, who, for the past 3 years has fulfilled his dream as the frontman for Youth Gone Wild, arguably one of the most talked-about and popular bands on the music scene. Rhett is living the quintessential sex drugs and rock and roll lifestyle, and whilst he loves his music and his band, inside Rhett is an empty shell, a cynic who feels he’s devoid of ever feeling love.

‘I didn’t know how to be the good guy. I was only good at being bad.’

For three years, thirty-two-year-old Julia Speed has been the talented Publicist responsible for propelling the British rock band, Youth Gone Wild, consisting Rhett, Presley, Big D, Hawk and Coops into the stratosphere of success. Julia isn’t just an employee, she’s a fan, has mad respect for their talent and music, and believes in them with all her heart.

‘She had the ability to be the best decision I’d ever made or my greatest heartache.’

Rhett has always respected and loved Julia for what she does for the band, but after three years, Rhett has an epiphany and finally opens his eyes to the beautiful, strong and caring woman before him. Julie gives him purpose and inspiration, but the cynic of love isn’t giving his heart too quickly.

Vicki James gave us so many layers to Rhett as we learned of his vulnerabilities and fears, but it was Julie and her story that knocked us for six. The controlling publicist certainly had one hell of a story and delivered a few twists along the way. We loved the way the author delved into their characters revealing their scars and past, bringing us to tears on a few occasions. Rhett also had a lot of redeeming to do and Vicki James delivered this with aplomb. You must read their story to appreciate their journey right to the resounding finish. And the epilogue was…the…. best!

“How?” I whispered.
“How, what?”
“How the hell haven’t I seen you before?”

If you’re wanting to escape into the rock scene with a bad boy frontman with a huge heart, spend time with a woman whose tenacity will have you cheering, experience a true rock star, ‘in your gut feeling’ story where the buzz, excitement and music stimulates the senses from an author who allows your imagination to run rampant in a story of rock, passion, friendship and love.. then grab a copy of Dirty Rock now! You’re going to love this one! We hope this series just goes on and one!

Time....
It flies beautifully when you get captivated by the story and shut everything out...

Time...
A dreadful moment when you have reached the last page of the story above...

Dirty rock was an astounding read, the writing amazed me, it was beautiful.
The characters were great and developed with depth, particularly Rhett’s, and I was in awe while the story was from Rhett’s pov (excluding the epilogue)!!! 🤩

I would have given 5🌟s if only I had really felt Rhett and Julia’s love, although I felt their attraction, their passion or their chemistry.

Regardless, Rhett Ryan was a Wild Youth Legend❣️

I really enjoyed reading this book but I would of loved it more if we had Julia’s point of view. I don’t think this book is anything special but it’s definitely better than some books I’ve read.

Ever since the first book, I was curious to see how Rhett would be redeemed. He had that anti-hero asshole personality I wanted to find out more of and, after reading his book, I can say I’m definitely in love! I loved the pacing of Rhett and Julia's romance; the fact that they’ve known each other for three years in the beginning of the book but didn’t have some kind of romantic feelings towards each other, I was glad it took some time before they realized the possibility that they might like each other. It was interesting to be in Rhett’s mind the whole time, but I admit I wish we had also gotten Julia’s POV. There were moments when I wanted to know what was going on through her mind in specific scenes but, overall, I loved this book! Rhett might be my favorite so far, his development was lovely to see! After reading Cherry Beats and this, I can confirm that I’m officially a Vicki James fan! The way she’s able to write in a lyrical sense just leaves me in awe. I’m really hoping we’ll get more stories from the rest of the characters! In this case, I would love to see Sarah (Julia’s sister) get her own happily ever after, but I’m also intrigued with that whole situation in the epilogue with Danny and Daisy (I feel angst coming and I’m so ready for it). <3

"Unsure. Scared. Always beautiful."

When Vicki James said she was writing a follow up to Cherry Beats, I was convinced nothing could be as good. I was wrong.

Admittedly, it took a little while to warm to Rhett - he had to live up to Presley for starters - but once I did I fell from a great height. This moody and brooding rock star make my heart ache at the same time as getting me hot under the collar. Julia was the perfect foil for him. Feisty, strong and independent with a past which created a barrier that only Rhett Ryan would be able to get over. With his dirty talking and never give up attitude, she had no chance. Their chemistry was off the charts right from the off and I was asking the same question as Rhett; why had he not noticed her before?

Vicki James words can only be described as beautiful in this book. The narrative for this perfectly constructed love story once again drew me into the YGW world, enticing me with every page. The dialogue was quick witted, sharp and engaging while the prose was expressive and stunning.

Dirty Rock has most definitely raised the bar, but I have the feeling that Vicki James will rise to the challenge. I know that she'll continue to create characters that we just can't help but fall in love with.

Another triumph, Vic, Thank you.

My reviews always seem lacklustre when I try to purvey how much I loved reading something. My words aren't enough despite the ones I've just read being absolutely phenomenal. Or maybe it's because the story I've just devoured is so brilliant that anything I say just pales in comparison.

I thought Tess and Presley's story was the best thing I've ever read and then Vicki comes along like "hold my beer" and brings us Jules and Rhett.

And HOLY CRAP is Rhett Ryan the ultimate EVERYTHING. Bad boy, rocker, dirty talker, smooth talker, broody man, childish boy, SWOONIEST rocker ever. And when he fell, he fell hard.

There is no one alive that could handle Rhett other than Julia. Reading their story was beautiful. Seeing their relationship grow was a joy to be a spectator of. Experiencing their inner-most thoughts and feelings throughout the dual-POV book took the book to a whole new level.

This book brings the feels, the music, the sex, drugs and ultimately the rock and roll of life. Of its turmoil, its pain and its beauty.

I breathed her in because that's what you did when you loved someone. You tried to f*cking inhale them. Close was never close enough, and too much was never enough.

OMG, Rhett is everything.

I have always enjoyed rockstar books, but none compare to Vicki’s books.

I fell in love with Presley as soon as I read him, and no one has every taken his place. But OMG, Rhett Ryan is just everything. This book is everything. I just loved the way Rhett goes through life, doing what ever he wants and knowing he can get away with it. Until Julia that is. Julia is the boss of youth gone wild, she knows how to control the boys, and get them out of trouble. She also knows just how to deal with the attitude and constant trouble Rhett gets into, and he knows she is the boss, and what she says goes.

Julia loves the control and having everything in her life, how she wants it. But Rhett is the opposite and lives for the now, and always gets what he wants and that is Julia.

I loved seeing how these too came together and everything they went through for it to happen, and how they came through stronger on the other side.

I have loved being back with the youth gone wild boys and going on more adventures with them. Seeing Presley and Tess still loved up is everything as well.

Another amazing book by Vicki. I’m
Not ready to say Goodbye to the boys yet, so will be going back to ready Presley again before another time with Rhett. These rock star books are everything and I can’t wait for more.

This was my first read of Victoria's, and I was not disappointed. This had all the grit I love in a rock star romance, but it was one hundred percent a love story.

I adored Rhett, because he's my favourite type of male character: one who loves unconditionally. Once he's in, he's in, no matter what. Ride or die. Julia was sassy yet broken. I found her really relatable, and I was rooting for them.

If you're looking for a bad boy with heart, then don't hesitate to pick this one up. A definite five stars.

With this book, Vicki James writes a perfect Rock Star Romance!

This epic read, broken my heart and mended it in almost one sitting... I couldn't put it down.
Be aware: The frontman of the Youth Gone Wild will drive you along for an emotional ride and own you by the end of the book.
With a chemistry off the charts, a strong and hard-working heroine and a charismatic sexy hero, Dirty Rock is a novel you don't want to miss.

Rhett Fucking Ryan will ruin you.

I’m at a loss, I’ve devoured this arsehole literally in a matter of hours and now have this Rhett Ryan shaped hole in my heart.

He’s Rhett Ryan the cocksure frontman of Youth Gone Wild, with the patter to match his looks. He doesn’t need to go looking for women they fall at his feet.

“I soaked up every single second, even after three years. The screams, the fuck me eyes from the women in the front rows, the swaying arses, and the look of jealousy from the men who wished they were up there on the stage, doing what I did. Owning what I owned. Being who I was: Rhett fucking Ryan. Lead singer of the world’s most talked about British rock band, Youth Gone Wild.”- Rhett

She’s Julia Speed, Youth Gone Wild’s shit hot publicist, in control of everything including saving Rhett Ryan’s arse every time he screws up.

“Want to tell me what happened?”
“Not really.”
“That bad?”
“No, but everyone wants your story until you tell it and they realise they don’t like the way it goes.”
“I don’t have to like it to want to fix it.” “You going to rescue me, princess?”
“Unfortunately, I can’t save someone who seems determined to run themselves over with their own ego.”- Julia

Where the hell do I start with these two!! They way these two react to each other is explosive in every sense of the word. The turmoil that these two find themselves caught in emotionally is what makes this book different to all the rest.

“In fact, she could probably be beautiful if she wasn’t so fucking terrifying.” -Rhett

Rhett wouldn’t know what love was if it smacked him in that filthy mouth of his and Julia won’t let her control slip or her guard down, and why would she after everything she’s bailed Rhett’s arse out of.

The push and pull of their dynamic will have fans of Vicki James’ Cherry Beats begging for more and that’s just how Rhett Ryan would have it.

“If she wanted to play, we were going to play.  I knew who was going to crumble first. Over my dead body would it be me.” - Rhett

You’ll also get a taste into Youth Gone Wild following on from Cherry Beats and a few of our favourites are back but I’ll leave you to discover those precious little snippets.

Rhett Ryan is ready for the world ladies and gents just not sure the world is ready for Rhett Fucking Ryan!!!

Each and every word in this book did one of two things to my heart- broke it apart or pieced it back together.

Rock star Rhett Ryan has a huge chip on his shoulder. Publicist Julia Speed seems to have it all together. But there's more to both of them than meets the eye, and that's where this angsty, heartbreaking, heartfelt story digs deep into your soul and makes itself at home.

With the exception of the epilogue, Dirty Rock is told exclusively from the hero's POV-- not something often done in romance. But being the frontman of one of the world's biggest rock bands, it makes sense that Rhett be the storyteller here, and James does a beautiful job of diving deep into the psyche of a man who thought he'd achieved his dreams, only to realize that what he thought he wanted wasn't it at all, and what he truly needed was something he never expected, and how he struggles to feel worthy of having it.

Dirty Rock, just like Cherry Beats, was a story that grabbed hold of my heart right from the prologue and held tight like the melody of my favorite song right up until the very end.

Unputdownable.
Unforgettable.
Definitely re-readable.

After reading Vicki James rockstar romance, Cherry Beats a while back, I was permanently hooked and couldn't wait to see what else she might have written. I promised myself to make sure if and when her next book came out, I would read it immeadiately. Could she possibly recreate the magic that was present in Presley and Tessa's amazing book? Yes, she could and did! Both were wonderfully written, impossible to put down, each having their own unique feel and set in the same bands world. I must say- impressive!

Well, promise kept! I couldn't wait to get my greedy little hands on Dirty Rock the moment it was released! This lady can write a rockstar romance that will leave her eagerly waiting readers happily tied to their chairs, beds...whatever and wherever their favorite reading spot is until they have inhaled this story completely!

Rhett was the perfect love to dislike a-hole, self centered and super swoony frontman of Youth Gone Wild. Hot and so very sexy, born to be in front of an adoring crowd while wowing them with his beautiful voice. He was always looking for that missing something but not quite knowing what that elusive thing was. I just love this type of character who shows the world one side of himself but there is a flip side that only few will see, if he lets them, that is! Could there be more to Rhett than you might expect?

There is one person who has seen way, way tooooo much of Rhett, in many of the situations you might expect a rocker to find himself embroiled in, but the way Vicki James brings you these bits and pieces of those characters is anything but ordinary. From the road, to center stage, behind the scenes and in the creative silence where the inspired lyrics flow from, it's all here for your enjoyment and yes, I certainly did enjoy it all.

I fell in love with her larger than life characters, wanted to know every little thing about them. Rhett's story brought out all of those emotions a great romance should shake you up with, then leave you loving that perfect epilogue with an ending that allows a peek into the future along with a tempting tease of what's in store for her next book.

Of course I'll be sitting right in the front row, waiting for Vicki James next rock and roll show to start! I wouldn't miss her next book for anything! With Cherry Beats and Dirty Rock, she has placed herself on my list of favorite, go to authors and I doubt anything could ever change my mind! Recommend!

There. Are. No. Words.

RHETT FUCKING RYAN!
JULIA FUCKING SPEED!
Pretty Girl and Sinatra, you own my soul!

From the very moment I met Rhett Ryan in Cherry Beats I knew he’d own every inch of me. I just knew that beneath the cocky, arsehole exterior he put out, there was soo much more beneath! I wasn’t wrong.

Vikki James has knocked me for six with his story.
Dirty Rock blew my expectations to shit.
I knew it would take a strong woman to bring Rhett to his knees, who better to do that than Jules. Youth Gone Wild publicist, lover of all thing UB40 and absolute bad ass. I have the biggest girl crush.

“I’ll never miss the things that make me tick. As long as she says my name like this… Again. Again. Again. Again. Again.”

The push and pull between them leaves you wanting more and knowing that when they come together they’ll explode. Rhett Ryan met his match and it was amazing watching him fall in love!
This whole story is hot, it’s emotional and it’s raw. Everything I love in a Vicki James book.

“We’re going to happen, baby. You and me. Pretty girl and Sinatra. It’s inevitable, and it’s going to be a forever thing.

Dirty Rock is written completely from Rhett’s POV, I loved being inside his head. Hearing every thought and emotion he had. Watching him fall hard for something he didn’t even know wanted first hand. Seeing him realise the journey he is on, is where he was meant to be *sigh*

“When you get to where you’re meant to be, you’ll be thankful for the journey, no matter how rough. Remember that, Rhett.”

It’s easy to read a book everyday but eventually the stories blend and become the same, which is why I’m so glad for this authors stories.
Whether she’s writing as Vicki James or Victoria L James, each of her stories has something unique about it. Every world she creates has its own quirks and differences. The magic and talent in her words absolutely consumes me.

Fans of Cherry Beats, you’ll love Dirty Rock! From the very first word my heart was held hostage. The words in those pages just sing the most perfect song.
I want to live in the world of Youth Gone Wild forever.

Rhett Effing Ryan!

The rock god has himself a bit of a reputation. Well earned, but let's face it, the status suits the man. Rhett is a dirty-mouthed frontman who likes his drugs and alcohol. We got a bit of that from Cherry Beats, but being in his mind is outrageous. Vicki James actually outdid herself with this book. I didn't think anyone would wind their way into my heart as Presley West did, but I was wrong.

Rhett Effing Ryan OWNS me.

Vicki's take on the behind the scenes world of Rock and Roll stars is a unique one, which is laced completely with the raw reality of how they're expected to live up to unrealistic expectations. There's a realism in her writing that rings true and drags you into the world until you're yelling at the pages. I immersed myself in this world, twice! I still can't get enough of Rhett and I can't get enough of the publicist extraordinaire Julia Speed, who, quite honestly, is the only woman alive who can see the man behind the bullshit!

I could wax lyrical about this book all day, it's one of my favorite books, but I feel like it has to be experienced. Nothing I can say will ever live up to the legendary status this book will have, so read and experience it for yourself. You will fall in love I just as much as I have.

Well done, Vicki James, on yet another Rock legend and I can't wait for more... Thank you for giving us Rhett Ryan!

Omg this book was phenomenal it Drag me in and broke my heart in to a million pieces then peace by peace slowly fixed it back together Rhett and Julie's relationship consumed me there is not enough words to explain how I'm feeling right now, who would of thought the rock god himself would though he had everything except for the one thing he wasn't looking for and it was straing right in front of him for the last 3 years. This book was beautiful epic emotional and I'm so happy loved it

December 2023 review -

I didn’t think it was possible to enjoy a story greater than the first time reading it, but I have been proved wrong. I feel this reread of Dirty Rock had me discovering and therefore understanding so much more about Rhett and Julia. This truly is a phenomenal story. I am so pleased I chose to reacquaint myself with the bad boy of rock and his squeaky-clean publicist.

March 2020 review -

We have already met the frontman of Youth Gone Wild in Cherry Beats. I thought I knew Rhett Ryan but I was wrong. Strap yourself in, hold on tight and prepare to get to know the real man beneath this Rock God’s public persona…. you are in for an emotional and enthralling ride.

Rhett Ryan has got everything that many men yearn for. Good looks; Success and a constant flow of women who all want their moment with the bad boy of rock (I really can’t blame them!). He’s the lead singer of one of the biggest rock bands and has the world at his feet. He is cocky, arrogant and wants for nothing….. that is until Julia Speed catches his eye.

Julia is strong, squeaky-clean, hardworking and ambitious. She likes to be in control and is respected by many. For three years she’s been employed as the band’s publicist and she knows Rhett better than himself. Rhett never imagined that he would find any woman who would interest him to consider having something more than just a one night stand with and even though he knows that she is forbidden, nothing is going to dissuade him from pursuing Julia because what he wants, he usually gets….. and this time he has set his sights on her.

I’m not going to lie, I do love a bad boy Rockstar. What I didn’t expect was to start handing over pieces of my heart to Rhett in the very first chapter of this book. I absolutely loved getting to know the real Rhett and witness him transform before my very eyes. Once you get to know Julia you can see just how perfect she is for Rhett and I really didn't want anything to mess up this chance of them both finding their HEAs together because I thought he was as equally perfect for her too. I am certain that you will find yourself rooting for them from the word go (I know I certainly was). Julia is an incredible person who I admire immensely and I have really enjoyed discovering the woman who hides behind a clipboard and mobile phone.

Rhett’s story is one not to be missed. Vicki James has penned yet another epic read! Dirty Rock is written from Rhett's POV which is perfect that the songwriter tells us his incredible story in his own amazing words, expressing his feelings and thoughts. I just know you are going to love the push and pull dynamics between Rhett and Julia. I must warn you that the chemistry between them is off the charts!!

You will love being back on the road with Youth Gone Wild. Rhett always puts on one hell of a performance on his stage, now I am recommending that you sit back and enjoy a show that unveils a personal life that he never expected to be starring in.

Oh my...

I don’t think there are enough words to describe just how exceptional this book is. From the moment I started reading, Vicki James draw me into a rock world so powerfully, I felt everything. From quirky little comments to words of wisdom, her talent and love of words are woven into every part of this book, making Dirty Rock one of my top reads of 2020.

Rhett Ryan is the frontman, bad boy singer of Youth Gone Wild. Every man’s enemy and every girl's wildest dream. Packed with cockiness, tattoos and hotness he will have you consumed and falling for him from the get-go. Julia Speed is the complete opposite and her fire, strength and confidence is a weapon that brings our bad boy to his knees.
Rhett and Julia’s relationship went beyond your typical rock star romance. Full of strength, promises and turmoil, the push and pull between these two will take you on a journey that is so beautiful and true you don’t want to get off. They are the perfect match for each other and their world of musical chaos.

What surprised me with this story was the feelings that were pulled from me. It’s not often a story or a character makes me feel nervous for them while reading but the further I dived into the world of Rhett Ryan, I was anxious on what was to come in the following chapters for him. He took a hold of my heart in a way that I never expected him to, and I adored every flaw, every emotion, and every ounce of sarcasm that came from him.

Dirty Rock rocked my world!

Oh my aching heart really went through it during this rollercoaster of a story. Emotions were pulled from every fibre of my body and tangled in one big giant ball of feelings. Beautifully crafted, Ms James is an expert in creating characters that connect deep to your soul and my god, Rhett Ryan and Julia Speed are characters that will become legendary. They are perfect imperfection, both with their own history of demons and together, they were so real, so intense, so gritty and positively explosive.

Told in Rhett's point of view, the emotion bleed through the bewitching flow of words. We discover a rockstar with the world at his feet, but is hollow and vulnerable. His tight-knotted layers are exquisitely revealed and the strong magnetic forces of his forbidden feelings for his band's publicist, Julia, unearthed a tidal wave of feels that completely floored me. Julia's own internal fight of being in control in all aspects of her life, always being the dependable one, is disabling and heartbreaking. To watch her unleash her wings and go for what she wants in life, was beautiful and inspiring.

My words just can't do this story justice. It's phenomenal and is a MUST READ.

Holy. Sexy. Rock Star. Batman!!!! I absolutely LOVE me some Rhett Ryan. This story was absolutely AH-MAZING! It will drag your heart and emotions through the wringer and is most definitely a story that will stick with you long after you finish reading it. Julia and Rhett aren't supposed to want each other. In their story you will find out what happens when something that starts out as fun quickly becomes something that neither can live without. One huge problem is that neither can come to terms with everything that is happening and let go of their pride to tell each other how they truly feel. Do they take the easy way out and walk away? Or accept that sometimes you have to follow your heart?
Julia is a very independent, bada**, fierce heroine. Rhett is a dirty mouthed, swoony, alpha rock star that I could not get enough of. Once he makes up his mind to want something, he does whatever it takes to make it is. Their story is emotional, sexy, swoony, enemies-to-forever goodness! I highly recommend reading this book!!!

5 Rocking Stars

Julia and Rhett might seem like opposites in many ways but actually they make sense to be together. Julia is a spitfire, and Rhett is pretty reckless and all over the place. However they have their moments, they work well together when they stop fighting their attraction to each other. The sassiness and the boldness from Julia is fun and angsty whilst Rhett is just arrogant and broody. Those two elements put together make for a fantastic story.

I have to say that I love this author for allowing me to read a copy of this book, and I thank her for gifting me a powerful and sexy read too. There’s magic, chemistry, music and drama entwined all the way throughout this read. I adored every single second of reading this story, and I fell more in love with Rhett, Julia, Presley and Tessa.

There is a simplicity to this story that just made me fall more and more in love with the story. I am so glad I got the chance to read it and I would definitely recommend to all who like the authors previous works.

Five Stars is not enough!

This book was amazing! I cannot stop thinking about the story and the characters. Rhett Ryan first made an appearance in Cherry Beats. He was a cocky rock star. I didn’t care much for him because of his attitude. Dirty Rocks comes around, the whole book is focused on him and now I couldn’t love this character more. The story is written from Rhett’s point of view which I think makes it that much better. No guessing what’s going on inside his head. I loved it!

I wish I could find the words to describe how unbelievably good this book is!

This is one of those books that immediately after finishing, I wanted to completely wash from my brain and read it again like it was the first time. I feel like I need a few days off from reading after this book because whatever book I read next is not going to get a fair shot. This is going to be a hard one to follow.

We have Rhett Ryan the lead singer of Youth Gone Wild the original bad boy of Rock ,he has it all the bad attitude, drink, drugs women and plenty of mistakes behind him,he has it all so he thinks .
Julie Speed the publicist that's taken care of Youth Gone Wild for the last 3 years shes like to have things in control always clearing up behind the boys the boss and the boys new it
The only control she didn't have was falling in love with the ultimate bad boy.

I loved how this story unfolded with the right amount of everything you expect and more . Vic certainly knows how to draw into her stories right from the first page ,its like your right their along for the ride start to finish I didn't want it to end .

If you bet on one thing ,
Bet on Rhett Ryan .

How do I even start with this review....

When Vikki James said she was writing a 2nd book in the series, I was like, there is no way it will be as good as the first one, but I was soooooo wrong! This book is everything!!

I absolutely fell in love with Rhett and Jules from the start. I love Jules sass and she is such an amazing and beautiful character. Rhett on the other hand is arrogant, obnoxious but so damn hot all at the same time. The chemistry between the two is so inspiring and I felt their connection throughout the whole book.

Vikki James writes with such a passion, you cannot help but be drawn into the story.

I want to give this book more then 5 stars as it worthy of so many more
