Be Still My Heart🖤💐
Can you say Heart-throbbing? This Romance Mafia took me to new levels of edge of my seat!!!! I will say if you love
sarcasm-Dark sense humor a little game of cat and nose and falling in love with the Forbidden side of your target. And it gets right Hot and heavy and STEAMY. Then this book is for you. The story line is magnificent-The first look- The Plot-The Twist-And the Bam ending I’m in love I can’t wait to read the next book.

After finishing this book, I can easily say that I do not know what to do with my life !!!
I love the Rossi series and reading “Her Romeo” and “Her Hero” was one of the best experiences I’ve had !!
Until I read “Her Target” !!!!
Michael and Penny’s story was otherworldly amazing !!! I’m absolutely in love !! Penny is a great main female character, one I can easily relate to. And Michael … that man knows what he is doing !!!! HE SCOOPED HER UP !!!!
Joseph and Sloane were their own kind of amazing, especially considering their past and what they had to go through to get where they are. But Michael and Penny are something else entirely !!!!
This time we have a very complicated, knife at the edge, boss romance with the lawyer friend’s little sister vibe that completely undid me … as it did Michael !!!
Oh, and do you know that they were told to stay away from each other from the very beginning ? Yes, well … many things happen in the meantime !!!
These two characters were so amazing to meet and share a book with but I truly need to know how their journey will go on because … THAT WAS NOT A CHIN DOWN CLIFFHANGER !!!!

•Remind me why I forgo sleep for reading mafia books, because of hot Italian men. That's why.
•If had a penny for everytime I fell for a guy named Rossi, I'd have two pennies. It isn't much but, Indian rupee is taking it hard against USD so it's a win for me.
• Penny Lane (see what I did there) is one lucky chic. (Not right now but in the future books. I hope. But then again, with Quinn you don't know. Woman's a magician) She's smart, resourceful and like every other mafia romance FMC, makes stupid choices.
•Micheal is the whole damn package. Italian ✔️ Rich ✔️ handsome ✔️ carnal urges with up to the mark orgasm delivery ✔️ takes you to masquerades in pretty red (yeah I Know shocking) dresses ✔️ like I said, the whole package.
•The steam was well, steamy. But as usual, I wanted more. MORE. (I mean, Micheal would've driven 'harder' but Penny is just so innocent, I understand him. I really do)
•Okay but, I still think she could've just told him without any drama about 'That' (you'll know) and she could've told Monica Hart to shove it up where the sun's absent but that's now how books work. You gotta grovel.
•Anyway, look at that cover. I love it. It's still sick how Amazon won't let me but the Paperback so I could hoard it and show it off to my family (without letting them read of course)

Whatever she is thinking is written all over her face. She can lie at all. There is a mole in my organization. And I think I just found it. There are never allowed to iive. Penny was a naïve character almost to the point of being sicking. Micheal was a hot Mafia man. This book leaves you hanging for a couple of months until the next book comes out.

Super fast mafia book that ends on a cliffhanger, so know that going into this! Penny Lane (love the Beatles nod) goes to work for Michael after being strong armed by a journalist into double crossing him. Michael hires her for his own reasons, mostly to protect the sister of his lawyer. They have decent chemistry but some of the back and forth in the storyline gets a little confusing and I did not expect this to be more of a duet. I did like the story though and definitely want to see how it ends!.

Ok let me rant. This book was good, but I was so frustrated with Penny for not telling Michael the truth. Like right out of the gate she had so many opportunities to tell ANYONE what was happening. I got this book for the "stuff your kindle day" because it seemed good, but I was not expecting only 200 pages and then a cliffhanger. Now I need to get the next book😭. I wish it would have been longer, I know it's a series. But this book didn't have a lot of what I was looking for, and now I need the next one. It was good, but frustrating and I wish there was more.

Michael and Penny are a couple you root for. They were supposed to be off limits as Penny is Michael’s best friend’s younger sister, but as they spend more time working together, you see they have witty banter and easily get along with each other. However, there is slime strife and complications that lead up to that cliffhanger. I need book 2 now!.

This book has explosive chemistry. We have Michael a man that has made up his mind about what he wants in life and the we have Penny a person that has no idea what she is doing. This book has secrets and things coming to light. We have two people that don't trust each other but will the draw to each other win out. Need more.

The tension between Penny and Michael is so freaking cute to read about! There are many jokes between them that make me smile while reading. There were many times that I wanted to shout to Penny "please don't do it! Or just tell him!" but that's what the book makes it so exciting to read! I love it so much it took me out of my reading slump🥰

Penny becomes Michaels new assistant, shes off limits his lawyers sister and best friend to his sister in law, and he cant help feel shes hiding something from him, and boy is she ever! well written steamy, funny, engaging read throughout.

So I'm new to this author and boy did she not disappoint! I was captivated from the start. I thought at first it was because I've never rad a mafia themed book before but that was all. It was new but keep me from the first page to the last. I can't wait to continue the series.

No.. i hated how mad the FMC got when being kept in the dark even though she was there to literally spy on him🤦♀️and the cliffhanger ending.. sorry I couldn't get into the story at all.
