L'istituto del "papa emerito" – giuridicamente – non esiste e, da nove anni, Benedetto XVI «Il papa è uno solo»… ma non spiega mai quale sia dei due. Nella Declaratio con cui si "dimise" nel febbraio 2013, autorevoli latinisti individuarono subito errori e imperfezioni di sintassi, ma papa Ratzinger ha affermato, tre anni «Ho scritto la Declaratio in latino per non commettere errori». Possibile che tutte queste stranezze provengano da un teologo coltissimo e adamantino, nonché raffinato latinista? E se davvero papa Benedetto avesse voluto abdicare, perché continuare a vivere in Vaticano, vestendo la talare bianca, conservando il nome pontificale e altre prerogative da pontefice regnante? Dopo due anni di inchiesta, pazientemente svolta dall'autore attraverso più di 200 articoli sulle testate Libero, ByoBlu, RomaIT, questo gigantesco mosaico è stato lentamente ricomposto, tessera per tessera. Lo scenario che si configura è scioccante, di importanza millenaria, e non è stato smentito da nessuno, nemmeno dal Santo Padre Benedetto XVI in persona. Dossier iperdettagliato sul paradosso dei due papi che adesso ci sono in Vaticano. Per la Chiesa non è possibile l'esistenza di due papi, eppure questa cosa viene fatta passare per normale sia dalla maggior parte del clero sia dai media che lodano costantemente Papa Francesco. Cionci parte dal testo con cui Benedetto XVI si è dimesso mettendo in luce che ci sono degli errori clamorosi di latino, cosa assurda per un fine intellettuale come Ratzinger. Il diritto canonico prevede che questo non è accettabile per una valida rinuncia e quindi, riporta Cionci, l'unico vero papa è Benedetto XVI, che in effetti è rimasto con la veste bianca, e ha assunto il titolo di Papa emerito che non esiste canonicamente e teologicamente. Ciò spiegherebbe tante anomalie che ci sono nella chiesa di adesso, e il perché c'è una figura così ambigua come Bergoglio a capo del cattolicesimo. Questo sarebbe qualcosa di storico, in quanto è moltissimo tempo che non si vede un antipapa.

I recently came across a set of interesting arguments by Andrea Cionci, an Italian journalist, where he basically argues that Benedetto XVI never resigned his MUNUS PETRINUM, but only his MINISTERIUM, these two words denominating two different juridical entities (separated under Papa Giovanni Paolo II, in 1983).

In his book The Ratzinger Code he argues that Papa Benedetto XVI was forced to do what he did, because he was unable to exercise the "MINISTERIUM" (which is the practical exercise of papal power). The author argues that he was being impeded to exercise such power, by certain factions inside and outside the Vatican. (He mentions "Vatileaks" to support such assertion.)

The author argues that in Catholic Canon Law, there is a difference between MINISTERIUM (which is the practical exercise of power) and MUNUS PETRINUM (which is the title as Pope, given directly by God).

The author points out that Papa Benedetto XVI used both these 2 words in his "Declaratio", and never gave up his MUNUS PETRINUM, but only the MINISTERIUM.
In the translations in modern languages this important difference was abolished, and in all translations, Italian, English, French etc this juridical dichotomy between MUNUS and MINISTERIUM is abolished, both being translated as "ministry" (ministerio, ministére).

The implication is that Benedetto XVI remained Pope/Papa until his death, and Bergoglio was/is an Anti Pope/Papa.

The author cites other important Catholic canonists to support the argument. He also cites the important Latin language professor who first pointed out (several years ago) the difference in the above-mentioned juridical terms.

Wondering what Pope Benedict actually did back in 2013 when he "resigned the papacy"? Wonder no more. Cionci proves that Benedict never renounced the Papacy, demonstrating the multiple ways we can know this. This has already been done, very well by Acosta's treaties on the matter, however Cionci, aside from demonstrating the fact, delves deeply into the coded means by which a brilliant Ratzinger, in an impeded see, unfree to communicate, has spoken for those with ears to hear, letting us know that he is the only Pope. Ciconci thus not only proves the facts of the matter, but establishes motive and means of Benedicts operations. A great book which leaves any honest person with moral certitude that Benedict is the only true pope, that he knows this, and that Francis is thus an antipope.

Cielo y tierra pasaran,mas mi palabra no pasara.

La gota que colma el vaso, es como yo describiría este libro.
Muy bien documentado, con muchas revisiones y investigaciones, testigos, testimonios y porsupuesto, la manera codificada de escribir del El PAPA BENEDICTO XVI, al igual que hace nuestro Señor Jesucristo que lo va revelando a su tiempo y propósito.
Mi opinión personal es que Benedicto XVI habra tenido alguna u algunas revelaciones personales de forma mística que lo hayan guiado en tomar tales decisiones, puesto que la iglesia está en un estado de alejamiento de Dios, ( perpetrado por el falso profeta y sus secuaces ) para que Dios, junto con Maria Santísima nuestra Madre coredentora, en la purificación de Su iglesia, y asi lavara sus vestimentas y poder acceder al banquete del Cielo Eterno.

Estremamente autoreferenziale (buona parte delle citazioni dell’autore sono articoli scritti da egli stesso). La teoria sui due papi è indubbiamente affascinante ma non spiega un aspetto fondamentale che può dare veridicità a quanto riportato, ossia: cosa è successo per far sì che lo stesso consesso di Vescovi che ha eletto Papa Benedetto XVI (quindi, desumo, composto da una maggioranza a favore di Ratzinger) abbia poi deciso di mettergli i bastoni tra le ruote e a costringerlo a ritirarsi in sede impedita? Se Papa Ratzinger era in linea con Wojtyla (e quindi avranno entrambi nominato Vescovi che appoggiassero la loro linea di pensiero) cosa ha spostato gli equilibri tanto da determinare questo scisma?
Infine, si sarebbe potuta ridurre la lunghezza del libro di un buon 30% visto che gli stessi concetti sono stati ripetuti continuamente per allungare il brodo…

Libro sconvolgente, letto in 4 giorni. Ti apre un mondo su quello che è successo all’interno della Chiesa Cattolica non solo a partire dal 2013, anno in cui Papa Benedetto XVI ha rinunciato al potere temporale , ma fino al Concilio Vaticano II. Il Papa Francesco non è il vero Papa, ma un antipapa che sta distruggendo la Chiesa all’interno. Tutto molto documentato e verificabile, sconsigliato a chi crede ciecamente che il Papa sia Francesco. Inchiesta bomba, da riconsultare quando l’antipapa Francesco non ci sarà più in questo mondo.

Un capolavoro di verità, ragione e carità. È solo da leggere e poi meditare sia per credenti che non credenti.
Poiché la Chiesa è sia temporale che spirituale, di conseguenza la visione e’ trasversale.

Fascinating book, not entirely surprising as I had previously read Antonio Socci’s “It is not Francis”. I didn’t assign the book a fifth star because of some proofread issues, perhaps due to Kindle and not present in the hard copy book. A must read anyway for Catholics.
