In the secret society of The Luminaries, no sin will go unpunished…
The Greed & Gluttony Luminary has trapped us into executing his evil plans, and it seems we have little option but to agree. Carter has orchestrated Chad’s kidnapping, and he holds my mom’s life in his hands.
Then he drops a game-changer
We must play our parts—or at least look like we are—because the fate of our loved ones, and the world at large, depends upon it. There is no choice.
It’s a delicate balancing act, with many obstacles and no guarantee of success. Carter has spent years planning his takeover and knowing who to trust is impossible.
Teamwork is the only way we can defeat him. But that is challenging when relationships are fractured, the guys are sworn enemies, and loyalties have been pushed to their limits.
It’s up to me to make this work, so I will push my grief aside to be there for Ares, Jase, and Chad.
Rhett Carter cannot become Lord of the Luminaries and we're the only ones that can stop him.

I have been on a bully romance/dark academia kick lately. And when I saw the blurb to this duet, I was crazy intrigued.
I gave the inconsistencies and issues I had with book one the benefit of the doubt, hoping it would be better wrapped up in book two. Sadly it was worse.
Here's the thing, my biggest quibble with this duet was the romance. It did not read like it should have been a why choose. The fact that we already start book one on the tail end of an already established poly relationship with Ashley, Jase and Chad. I couldn't help but feel a bit robbed at that. I wanted the build up, the intro, the chemistry and angst. Instead we're told about how the end up together and fall.
But the mere second that Ares steps on the scene, the other two guys ceased to exist for me. They simply paled in comparison and felt entirely forgettable when put next to Ares's raw magnetism. Frankly, he was the one thing that kept me reading.
The crazy drama of the secret society and the twists and turns were entertaining enough, even when they almost felt too much at times.
But where it fell flat was the relationship. It felt like it should have been an MF with Ares and Ashley. And while Jase at least somewhat redeemed himself in this book, I still couldn't really feel much of anything for Chad. Don't get me wrong, my heart broke for him. This poor man went through hell. But he just wasn't a character I ever really fully clicked with. He felt two dimensional and fell flat.
And then the group scene at the end that I spent two books waiting for? Complete horseshit. I'm still pissed that we get told about it and don't even get to experience what has been two books worth of edging. And even so, it felt like Ares never really accepted it and just settled to appease Ashley. And this just rubbed me the wrong way. I want to root for all the characters and know that they're happy and this relationship gives each of them something. And I simply didn't feel that for Ares.
Also, I simply cannot take any book seriously that uses "unalive" in full seriousness.
All in all this book just fell entirely flat for me, sadly.
DCB2 was just as wild a ride as DCB1. There are so many unexpected twists and turns with multiple layers to the story. I love that when you think you’ve gotten to the gooey center, there’s a landmine waiting to f•c•u•k up all your theories. As with all Siobhan’s books, there is intricate world building and multidimensional characters

📣 Type: Dirty Crazy Bad Part 2 is the conclusion to the Dirty Crazy Bad duet. This series must be read in order.
🛑 Be Advised: My Goodreads shelves are … explicit in both senses. As such, they could be considered spoiler-y.
What a dark and devious finale! The Dirty Crazy Bad Duet is assaultingly entertaining and addictively consuming from the first word to the very last. Siobhan Davis delivers a bold and ingenious conclusion, one brimming with gritty sensuality, dangerous twists, deliciously complicated characters, and that trademark Davis edge. The depraved drama and tantalizing spice are paired with surprising but scrumptious swoony moments to create a page turner of an ending to this wild and emotional story. I could not put it down!
I don’t want to say much else because I don’t want to ruin the fun, but holy moly how about those bonkers and heartbreaking twists! The drama is endless and the steam is scorching…dirty, crazy, and deeeeelicously naughty. Hang on for a wild ride. This is truly our heroine’s journey ….and what a riveting one. I love watching her come into her full power, and the guys show up for her in ways I did not expect- let’s just say amidst all the turbulence and chaos, Siobhan delivers SO MUCH SWOON! The romance sparkles and charms- and I love this whole harem as our heroes find answers, redemption, and purpose. (Even if my heart beats the MOST for Ares- meow!)
This is among my all time fav Siobhan - it’s her storytelling at its finest. Dark chaos, jaw dropping twists, meaningful chemistry, and characters I adore. What a perfect and epic ending to this dirty, crazy, bad journey.
Dirty Crazy Bad duet by my all time favorite author Siobhan Davis is one of the best dark romance duets I have ever read in the last few years. There isn’t much to say except it is truly an intricately woven story with many secrets that keep on coming right till the end. It is brilliantly unpredictable just like the ending of the first book. I wish there were many more books like this that keep the reader guessing all throughout the story rather than the simple formula offered most the time. All I want to say is definitely get this duet. I am sure you will enjoy it immensely. It felt like watching a big budget movie to me.
What a thrilling and emotional conclusion to Dirty Crazy Bad!
I expected action, I expected passion, and I also expected a wonderful plot, but what I wasn't prepared for was the big emotional upheaval that surrounded one tattooed, pierced, and kinky man - named Ares.
Ares continued to surprise me throughout this entire duet, but was especially moved during the second half of this duet. I loved his character growth, but it was his big emotional surprises that kept me guessing on how he was going to react OR not react to everyone that revolved in his life that really touched me. The strife he felt, the weight he carried on his shoulders was felt by everyone around him and it rolled off the pages.
It was apparent that while Ashley was the center of the guys' worlds, Ares really took center stage when it came to how she moved forward with the whole poly relationship between Jase, Chad and Ares. It wasn't really meant to be conceited, Ares struggle just ran deeper and watching him navigate it hit right in the feels. ❤️
While Ares was a wonderful complex character, Jase was my loveable favorite- checking off all the boxes I love in a strong MC. His steadiness and strength was easily the best thing about him in this second half of the book and I adored his outlook on their shared relationship when asked how they made it work; Ashley is the center and what she wants she gets...um, yes please!! Can all men take a lesson from Jase? He's no pushover, especially when it comes to Ashley. He's the solid strength when she needs whenever she needs it. It's no wonder he's my fav. 🥰
I don't want to say too much about Chad, other than he has a lot of making up to do from the first book. However, he's so easily forgiven after what he goes through in this one. Now my lips are sealed on Ashley's first love. I don't want to categorize him as third, because I also love him dearly and its also hard to choose. I love that Ashley doesn't settle for choosing either.
Speaking of Ashley, while she isn't a replica of Lo, because this isn't Lo's book, it's Ashley's and she is fierce in her own way. Ashley is sweet, sensative, intelligent, and hardcore all rolled into one. She fights for her men while feeling things very deeply. Ashley also realizes that she wants all three men in her life, but she won't push any of them into something they weren't comfortable with or that they didn't want. She's sort of an empath mixed with a warrior and it's a great mix and very appropriate for the three men in her life.
Dirty Crazy Bad has a lot of plot wrapped up with the secret society, but not too much that you can't keep up with everyone involved or all the secondary characters that evolve from it. It is the perfect mix of suspenseful swirled with passion and now that we know all of the players, I'd love to return and visit again.
I am having a very hard time trying to express my feelings about this book, but I promise to do my best. Ashley chad Jase and Ares have been thrown into the deep end and to be honest, some of this was very hard for me to read and I wasn't sure I could continue but Siobhan always pulled me right back in within moments and I have to say that is no easy task. I cried and laughed as well as got so upset with the guys when they did something stupid. Ashley steps up and shows that she is not just some spoiled rich girl with a pretty face who has to get her way all the time she is smart and loyal, and she will fight for those she loves. I got sucked right in, and it felt like I was right there alone with them. P.S This book is very intense and some scenes are very hard to read but I will promise you this it is so worth it!!!
This book picks up right where the first book left off. It's dark, twisted, edgy. Think of every trigger possibe and then multiply it. I do think this is SD's darkest story yet!
Like I said above -- this book is dark. The secret society itself is run by a naracicist that wants to rule the world, while also ridding the world of evil, but doing evil things... and the irony is definitely lost on him. I really felt bad for Chad here. He may not be my favorite, but nobody deserves to go through what he did. I loved how he persevered with Ashley's love, and became the man he always wanted to be. But I do think his trauma was skipped over a great deal.
For Jase, man, he brought the heat and the swoon. All of these men have hurt and betrayed her trust, but he goes above and beyond to right those wrongs. He makes sure that Ashley knows she's his queen, and I loved every minute of it. Especially since there were no longer any secrets to them!
As for Ares, I love him. This young man has been through so much in his short life, and all he wants to do is bring his sister back in his life and keep her safe, regardless of what it takes. However, I felt like we barley know him still-- he stayed on the outside of the Harem and refused to share Ashley with the other two until the very last minute, and I just wished we could see more of them all together and happy, without the world ending. It always seemed like he was on the outside looking in, and I get that a lot of it had to to with him and how he felt, but I still wish he was included more. I wish there was more of the bromance between him, Jase and Chad. I just felt they all had so much potential that never came into fruition.
Overall, this was a badass book with a lot of evil. The actual storyline itself deserves five stars, but I wish there was more emotion with Ashley and her guys. It seemed more often than not that the focus was on Ashley and Jase, but not so much with the other too. I just wish we had more romance to go with the storyline, but it's definitely worth the read!
**I received an ARC of this book and these are my honest opinions **
Thank goodness for Dirty Crazy Bad: Book Two. After the cliff hanger in the first book it is a relief to have all of the questions answered! Ash and her guys are amazing: brave, hot, sexy, and even tragic in parts. The plot is complicated but it's not a difficult read. It is so entertaining I read it in two days! You will love it! Read Dirty Crazy Bad: Book Two today!
One thing is guaranteed with Siobhan Davis books. I won't be able to stop once I start and once I finish, I would be a mess. Her mind works in wonderfully devious ways. Dirty Crazy Bad was set at a killer speed with endless twists, dramatic turns and millions of puzzle pieces coming together in a mindblowing way. It was spicy and sinful. It was emotional and heartaching. This why choose romantic suspense and new adult romance was epic in every way possible.
This is book two of a duet. This is all about how Ashley takes down the corrupt and vile people in the secret society, The Luminaries. Siobhan Davis does this so well. She created a web of secrets and lies and conspiracies. The action and suspense was amazing. You won't be able to blink else you will miss a twist.
I love when the heroine is stronger than all heroes combined and Siobhan Davis delivered another epic heroine! Ashley is a complete bada##. She knows her own worth. She is strong and she can heal and hold her broken partners on her own. She is sexy and cunning and smart. She knows what she wants and she doesn't hesitate to go for it. She has a strong sense of right and wrong. She is a loyal friend and always fights for justice. No wonder three guys were falling for her. Ares is no doubt the brooding alpha hero of the pack. He has been hurt and betrayed and he has so much pent up anger and aggression. He can be really volatile and messed up. Ashley gave him a safe space and gave him unconditional love. Jase is the most balanced and light hearted one in the group. I love this charming guy. He has been a solid support to Ash.Chad is another tortured soul in the dynamics. His life was all over the places and he has been recently gone through terrible trauma. He hurt Ashely but he did his penance too. All of them were irresistible. This story is super steamy..almost at level of the Sainthood! I just couldn't put it down.
What a conclusion …the plot in this book is intense and complex and there are so many secrets and lies that get unraveled. I highly recommend this duet for anyone that loves Dirty, Crazy, Bad Dark Romance. There are also cameos from your Sainthood favourites.
A lot was packed in this book with twists and turns, crazy and deliciously hot smutty scenes that were incredible but irritating (insert DP wedding night scene) LOL. I do think that this was worth the hype as it was jam packed with stories inside of the main story and there was so many little details that I wasn’t expecting that made it a good read.
I mean especially with Ares, holy heck yes! Ares was the main man for me in the whole story because he came in and brought constant banter, raw emotion and incredible love into it. He was after the men who Took his sister but fell in love and opened up a whole new world for himself after he didn’t think he deserved anything. My god we needed more though!!
Everything going on with Chad made my heart break for him and I get that this made part of it but I do wish it wasn’t part of it. Not only did he suffer SA at the hand of that crazy MF, he lost his girl and then became the second man and Jade jumped in front. It just made my heart hurt a little because Jase was hot and well equipped with the whole “other world” rubbish and sacrificed things blah blah blah but I wish he didn’t become her first in that situation? (Probs sound like I’m rambling) He was a favourite but annoyed me a lot too.
Now with that said, I am only going to give this a 4 star review and for a few good reasons… 1 being the ending, like really? All of this just for that and a brief overview of the “now” when it could have been a little more detailed with some explanations. 2 being her mother, what da freak is that rubbish? Completely left field as I was fully expecting her to come in and sacrifice herself for her daughter and their family/friends but she was in love with the nut job? It was like this was made up in a last ditch effort when it shouldn’t have been. No, no and no!! (Now thinking about it, it’s actually realllllllly annoyed me more the I liked to admit lol) 3 being the WORST OF THEM ALL that there is that we were left hanging on the possible love story of Bree and Knight when there are no plans to make a book on these two lovebirds or Baz😢 WHY NOT HIVE THEM THEIR HAPPY ENDING THEN😭😭😭💔😠
Ooff the queen has done it yet again! Book two is a smash! The twists and turns were crazy that you didn't see them coming! 5 stars even 10 stars isn't nearly enough for this masterpiece! I loved seeing lo and all her delicious men again! As always I am never disappointed! I was sucked in and now I'm stuck with yet another book hang over !! Go get lost in this epicly crazy world , you won't be sorry!
Holy twist and turns! We finally got to see how Ash and friend navigate through a whole lot of crazy twist and lies. Each time you think you knew how it was going to turn out Siobhan throws a left turn right at you. Book has some darker scenes so I would check trigger warnings but this book did not disappoint.
This is BOOK TWO of the Dirty Crazy Bad Duet. You MUST read book one first. This book picks up right we’re book one left off and it does end with a hard earned HEA.
There’s only so much to say abt this book without spoiling anything. We get hit with more secrets and even more twist and turns. Davis is so talented. Anyone who has read any of her dark romance books knows and this just tops it all. I think this is some of her darker work. This duet did not disappoint. Her books are always so multi-faceted. Ashley and her guys are not out of the woods... in fact it seems like they’re only getting started. They have an intense brutal ride. The action is packed in from the beginning and doesn't let up. This book will have you laughing, crying, cussing and throwing things. This was dark and depraved in all the right ways. There were so many elements that all worked together really well. If you love dark romance you definitely need this duet in your life!
this book is just so bad like I get the fmc so much she thinks everything about her she gaslights one of the guys, Chad, who I feel so bad for because his entire life is in shambles she cheats the blames it on him and then when he says sorry for leaving her when she cheats, she says that she is mad that and doesn't know how to forgive him when he kissed the fmcs enemy. like worse book ever

4.5 stars. This picked up right where the first book left off, and it was great! I thought the first book was intense, but this was way more intense! The questions I had about Ares’s past were answered, and I was a little shocked that HE didn’t even know. But, wow, these four (Ashley, Ares, Chad, and Jase) were really put through a LOT, especially Chad.
When they were all together, everything seemed like it was going to work out; their plans were falling into place. But were they really one step ahead? Well, there was a big reveal that was so messed up and shocking! Maybe it shouldn’t have been, but I truly did not see it coming.
I loved how Jase was so kind and loving, Chad was a little broken, but healed, and Ares slowly learned to share. They were all protective of Ashley, but she wasn’t weak and could take care of herself.
This was just a great ending to their story, though I do feel like the ending was a little bit rushed. I still enjoyed this and the narrators did an amazing job again! I didn’t always enjoy the female narrator’s voice, because sometimes the different characters she was narrating had an irritating tone. But other than that, they both did a great job bringing the characters to life.
The Greed and Gluttony Luminary has aspirations of becoming the Lord of the Luminaries. Rhett Carter may be a delusional sociopath but he's also a brilliant mastermind who has been planning his Luminary takeover for decades. He now has all of the pieces in place and is making his final move. Unfortunately for him, those"pieces" aren't planning to make it easy for him. They may be playing 'catch-up' but Ashley, Jace, Ares, and Chad, along with Bree, Knight, and a few other allies are determined to put an end to Carter's reign.
Twisted. Dark. Disturbing. This thrilling conclusion to Dirty Crazy Bad is an obsessive read. In true Siobhan style, it's full of unexpected twists and shocking turns. It's dull of deceptions and betrayals. No one in this world can be trusted and everyone is lethal. Ashley proves herself to be the spitfire we knew her to be and her guys step up and prove their worth. Protective and passionate, they show her nothing and no one is more important to them and they are willing to do anything needed to make sure she lives a long, happy life surrounded by their love. Jase demonstrates his strength, Chad gets his redemption, and Ares shows his vulnerability. This book has horrors and heart.
Secrets, lies and betrayals that you don’t even see coming bring us to the conclusion of Ashley’s story. We pick up where book 1 left off and we get plenty of answers to questions we were left hanging with from book 1’s cliffhanger ending.
Ashley, Chad, Jase and Ares must swallow their pride to keep the ones they love safe. They will also have to face some horrific moments that will make them stronger together as a team. We also get lots of hot sexy steamy bits that will have you drooling and wishing you were Ashley.
Ares struggles with a lot in this one and we learn more about him and his moms backstory. We also get a glimpse at some of the side characters that truly make you hope we see them in a future book!
So many twists, turns and revelations that will shock you. The build up to the explosive ending was some of the best world building I’ve read. We also get to see some characters from the Sainthood series and I can never get enough of them.
This is a dark romance and it has some triggering moments so please read the trigger warnings before reading this duet.
HANDS DOWN MY FAVOURITE BOOK OF 2022!!!!!! With Dirty crazy bad book 1 being so amazing and loved Ashley and the boys and ending on that cliffy. I looking forward to reading book 2 needing to know moreee..... I still love Ashley how strong minded and very blunt to the point. But her loyalty to those she loves and cares for shows throughout....
Ares is still my fav, I do like Chad and jase but Ares and Ashley had more in common of what they went through and all the secrets that unfolded through both book 1 and 2.....
Bree was also a fav I loved how caring and loyal she is. And what she went through. I did feel and hoped that this ain't the last of bree and their seemed to be more of her we need to know. I'm hoping for and book on her or/and lilianna........
Dirty crazy bad is a must read!!! Siobhan never fails you with each and every book I have read of hers. she draws you in and keeps you there in her book world. Definitely worth more than a 5 * and if I could give more I would...
I absolutely loved this book! I could not put it down. It’s a monster in size and it took me less than a day to finish it. I absolutely loved the dynamic of this foursome. I wasn’t all that sure how I felt about two of the guys after book one but book two made me completely fall for them. I do have a favorite and I’m completely team Ares all the way. You get all the answers you were looking for from book one. There is one person who I just had a feeling wasn’t what they appeared and I was right and then there was another who completely shocked me. All in all this book was fantastic and you don’t want to pass this one by!
Everything I wanted and more. This book was phenomenal. I can’t say enough great things about it.
Ashley, Chad, Jase, and Ares are the crew I never knew I needed. This book was chalk full of action from the very beginning. I quite simply couldn’t put this book down. There were moments that broke my heart, and were honestly hard to read, but they just furthered added to the story line and the corruption that they were up against.
I won’t say more than that, just know, this book is a fast-paced read that will have you on the edge of your seat until the very end. The twists and turns were EPIC! Siobhan Davis is certainly ending 2022 with a BANG!
What a ride this book is….this second part is seriously mind blowing…things are heating up between Ash and her guys and there are some unbelievably steamy scenes, who knew Ares was so Kinky hot damn! There are some beautiful times as well as some funny caveman moments (insert Ares). All this alongside some seriously devious scheming, badassery and a couple of cameo appearances from some well loved characters. One things for sure Rhett Carter is channelling some Rydeville bad daddy vibes and I am here for it!!! This book dug its claws into me and wouldn’t let go until I’d devoured it all.
This books was perfection! I never imagined the ending playing out like this or the road it took to get here to be this crazy. There is never a doubt when reading from this author that you are going to get three things: a good story, great sex, and lots of emotions. She did not disappoint once again but times that by three. This why choose novel was steamy but kept us on path and keeping us guessing on who to trust. This is another book I wish I could give more stars to, because this duet deserves all the love!
