“There are other ghosts in this house. Not just me. Worse ones. Much, much worse.”Zeke is a troubled fourteen-year-old. After his family moves into a new house, his brother becomes gravely ill, his common-sense mother behaves strangely, and his strict and ultra-religious father is dead set against Zeke’s new relationship with a girl.
Zeke begins to see frightening things in his bizarre apparitions, ghostly visitations, and gory spectacles. Although they terrify him, he suspects he could eliminate these terrors if he overcame his guilty feelings and accepted who he really is.
Luckily, his new girlfriend knows exactly what is happening, and involves her mother to help. Both realize Zeke is under attack, and they must do something before his entire family is destroyed. Their journey will take them to the edge of sanity, battling ghost trains, violent entities, exorcisms, and the most daunting enemy of all – fear.
Will Zeke conquer all the conflicting thoughts and emotions in his head and learn to accept and use the gift his father forbade him to use – before it’s too late?

I love a new group is added to the Riververse. I suspect a crossover to the west coast characters. This one had some different twist s to it. Hard to say too much, but enjoyed the unpredictability.
